Another game that’s not like the ad.

Be careful this game will have you mesmerized and zoned pool in a great way. It’s my go to game now anytime I need a mental break🫶🏾

I chose to download this game after playing the minigame that they used to advertise the app, thinking that I would be playing a game similar to the game that they showed in their ad. I was very disappointed to find that this was another board merge game.

Dishonest advertising, the actual game is just a cash grab with totally different game play. Boo 👎

You can’t play the game unless you have energy. You need a LOT of energy to get the item you want. You get 1 energy every couple minutes. So in half an hour you have a small handful of energy to get you a small bit of the way there. It really takes all day waiting OR you can spend diamonds to get the energy faster. How do you get diamonds? By spending energy and completing tasks. So it can take all day to get enough diamonds to quickly refill your energy in order to be able to get anywhere in the game. Unless you spend money. They also have little bubbles that pop up with items that would help you a lot. But most of the time you need diamonds for those as well. SOMETIMES you can watch an ad to get the item inside of the bubble. Which is what I did. I had 9 diamonds. You need 10 to refill your energy (the amount of diamonds gets higher as you spend them btw) I was saving my 9 diamonds to hopefully get 1 more and refill my energy when a bubble popped up. It had the option to watch an ad instead so I selected that and watched the ad. After the ad was over I received my item, but they had taken 8 of my 9 diamonds! I reached out to support and after hours of going around with them and resending screenshots and giving times and describing what happened they told me they see I spent my diamonds on the item and received it. Then asked if there was anything else they could do. Seriously?! Not gonna waste my time on this game any longer. Nothing but a scam.

Why in the ad show you one game and when you download is a different one

I downloaded this game based on a ad I saw. It was nothing like it.

It is a fun game but limited lives. That is pretty much par for the course for these games so no problem there. The problem arose when they did an update to the software and changed some of the producers. This just happened but because of multiple glitches, I lost all the producers I had built up over months. The customer service sent a standard reply that was copied and pasted several times and they said that this was an unfortunate side effect of the update so any money I have spent on lives was wasted. Too bad was the answer. Play the free portion but save your money for games that respond to customer complaints when the problem arose from the designers

This is not the same game as the mini game.

I really like this game especially that most is the things like the pirates extra game you can actually finish. Really confused today though. All my items have suddenly changed the way they look. 2 hours ago they looked much different. If the game changed I would of appreciated a heads up if that’s not it then what the @@@ Oops saw mail didn’t know the game had mail and the mail not only explained the changed game items but also gave gifts! Thanks
