    The app is free to download but that’s it. They want $6 every week, the questions are terrible and irrelevant. “How many meals do you eat a day?” I put 1, the next 3 questions ask me if I eat my 3 meals at the same time everyday? If they are carb filled meals ect, like what’s the point of asking any of this if I eat 1 meal a day. The plans are terrible and don’t actually work either. Not worth downloading

    The subtitle says “Free Intermittent Body Fasting” yet it wants $5.99 per week. That’s the opposite of free. 1 star for lying. Yes, there are free portions of the app, but all the apps have that. When you state it is free, you are implying it is actually free. 1 star for lying. Hate liars. Update following developer response: Nice cop out. But NO. You lie. There are also apps on the App Store that are actually free. Many other reviewers state the same. If you just take “free” out of your title then you might not get so many 1 star ratings. Try honesty. Maybe say “free and paid features”. Liar. Update 2: nice try developer. Yes, the App Store does. But you are putting “free” in your title to rack up a higher number of total downloads. Keep responding with excuses and I’ll keep adding on to the this review with the ways you are wrong.

    I love the countdown clock as well as the encouragement to keep going when I tried to end my fast 15 minutes early. It really helped me to push through. I also love the food recommendations, as well as the succinct explanation on the different phases of fasting. Great app! Perfect for me as a beginner.
