    I signed up for my account and went ahead with the free trial. Immediately after signing up for it, I got a notification from my bank that I was charged $15.98, while I was still on the screen to sign up for the “free trial”

    I was under the impression I could cancel my subscription after my (forced) one week trial. I have made three attempts to do this, to no avail. They continue to try billing my account, despite making it clear I don’t want to continue with premium or whatever they’re calling it. I have heard nothing back from them on the matter. Very unprofessional, and dishonest. Lucky for me I do not have the funds in my account for them to steal, or this would be a much more colorful review. Just be careful, that’s all I’m saying.

    I’ve used Koch system for 30 yrs. Results fm available houses in this app will not align with my already lived experiences verifying the accuracy of Koch. Reports here will be skewed. 😢

    i made a purchase on January 21,2025. in the amount of $6.39 for the 350 credit package. And today I have 15 credits. I did not use this many credits. where did they go? I also read that some day in february, you guys provide more credits to the account holders. therefore I should have more than 15 credits on my account.

    I paid for a one year subscription but every time I open the app the purchases needs to be manually restored. This makes the AI feature useless.

    The app seems to have clutches from time to time. Like it’s been wishing me a happy birthday week for weeks now. When it’s not my birthday. Which is concerning. Knowing that they need the exact day and time and year of my birth for everything to be accurate. In the settings, it shows my correct birthdate and so on. Why I keep getting this message.

    The charting here leans on the whole house system—a method often embraced by those dissatisfied with their Placidius charts. It’s an ancient approach, rooted in astrology’s early days, long before atomic clocks and precise measurements entered the picture. You are given the option to switch system; however, the generated reports stick to this whole house framework. Until they address that, take what this app gives you with a healthy dose of skepticism.
