    I’m still learning how to use this app which takes a bit of time to figure out. I haven’t actually booked award travel yet. However, There are a few things that would be really nice - e.g., I wish it would open the app directly when I link from an email alert. Or that it would start with my home airport each time. I look forward to finally getting some great travel under my belt soon though using Roame Pro.

    I paid for a one year membership and set up alerts with notifications and emails. I only received emails but not push notifications. This is not useful to me.

    Over promise and underdeliver unless you’re looking for buggy software. Roame promises to be best is class but is far from that. Support team is unfortunately lacking. Phantom awards still showing and numerous unfixed.

  • The miles amounts are totally wrong

    this stupid site just refers you back to the actual airline webpage and if you search there the miles are completely different than what was shown in the app. Its a total scam and should be shut down

  • Can’t even fix the +1 day bug?

    I’m still waiting for them to fix the bug where flights from Europe to the U.S. say +1 day when they’re actually same day. It’s such an obvious and easily fixable thing. If this app doesn’t understand time zones, how trustworthy could it possibly be? Don’t even get me started on the filtering bugs, the weird quirks when searching for an airport, and the random results like yesterday, then I was searching for flights to BER and was given results for CGK. It’s okay when it works, but I won’t be renewing my Pro subscription.

    I’ve started using the app for a couple of international trips. It gives me good options. The problem I have is that it will not allow me to change my home airport when trying to edit my profile. Every time I search for the airport, BOS, it gives we a list, but won’t allow me to scroll the list. It keeps the keyboard in place which only gives me the ability to see about 6 choices. If I type the exact airport name whether Airport Code or complete name the search ought to be able to find it. Fix that and it would work much better.

    the app has its ups and downs but overall great experience using it. I have booked 10+ business class seats using the alert settings.

  • Don’t waste your money

    It has potential if everything is working. Paid for a full year because of his Facebook group marketing campaign. In reality, you can’t edit your alerts, you can’t really use the app for Skyview, you can’t do more than 5 alerts, the list goes on and on. This is like a max 9 plane. Trying to fix the app while it’s already live and full of issues, while the founder knows very well it’s nowhere ready for prime time. They are hiring engineer in the Bay Area but with the low pay, they will only attract new heads. Maybe in 5 years they “might be” ok but right now, save your money
