Absolutely love the movies on here!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for two weeks and I cannot. It does not show up in the iPhone setting to cancel the service! The app says that you can cancel at anytime but it doesn’t actually let you do so! This company is using deceptive practices!

I cancelled my subscription then deleted the app but yet they keep trying to take my money and lie and say they don’t see.! I gave them my email and it still took 5 days to reply and still nothing again!

Love watch but too much ads

I love the stories just wish you could earn more coins or free episodes, cause the amount of episodes in each story, the prices can get pretty high to finish watching them or it takes awhile to finish the story if you don’t pay for more coins. But this is one of my favorite apps the stories and the amount of stories that gets put out is awesome

The app itself is fine it’s like all the others but if you subscribe to there weekly thing you cannot cancel it, it says you can cancel under subscriptions but it doesn’t show up on either my setting or in the App Store, I’ve canceled similar subscriptions the same way so ik it’s not user error, I’m also not the only one with this issue, no phone number to call just have to cancel my card ig

I say this because I enjoyed the app purchased a week of free dramas while on vacation and it has been continuously charging my card since. I tried to cancel it but the App Store says I don’t have any subscriptions from them and the app itself doesn’t allow any customer service and I have been stuck trying to cancel what was meant to be a week of fun drama to now a nightmare of unwanted weekly payments of $19.99 a week. Im still trying to cancel and will probably have to call my bank to have this blocked. I actually liked it up until this. Now I’m regretting my one time purchase!!! 😡🥺😡
