Wellmy - Heart Rate Monitor

I like the app but accuracy is iffy and a bit expensive.

Checked blood pressure three times, inaccurate each time and had it measure my moms and it was always the same reading

App works okay. Did not appreciate being charged for the month after canceling prior to renewal.

I love Wellmy it keeps me excited about my health. Thanks to the app.👍🙏🏾

I like this one because the other apps say I’m stressed and sick constantly and this is a very good lineup of what I’m really going through. So I would say very authentic.

If you can give an app a zero star this is it!! 7.99 twice a month!! Great job scamming people out of their money. Absolutely disgusting

The advertisement states free, not so much unless free no means 7.99 a week.

I subscribed to this app & when I logged in to use it again it would not provide my results without “subscribing”. I thought that was weird but I assumed first subscription didn’t go through/there was an error & I wasn’t subscribed properly the first time or being charged. I subscribed again & got my results quickly. This happened several times. I realized I was being charged back to back days apart (before the weekly bill was due) & then for numerous subscriptions weekly on the same account/same phone. Each week they were taking out double charges on the same day. Clearly nobody needs two or three subscriptions on the same phone/acct for the same person. Unfortunately I didn’t catch this until my bank acct was drained from my debit card being compromised by fraud using the Apple Com merchant. I had to go through each charge in the App Store & my authorized subscriptions with my bank & that’s when I found all these double & triple charges from this app as well as the unrelated fraud charges. I am not sure if my acct being hacked/compromised had anything to do with downloading this app (I am not accusing them directly of course but there is a possibility of a security issue on their end) the fraud to my acct happened the same time I subscribed to this app. This is the only new subscription or app I have downloaded in a very long time & the fraud charges on my acct came from the App Store merchant. Working with my bank & the App Store directly I was able to prove from my purchase history that none of the money coming out of my acct was anything I purchased/authorized & my fraud case was approved. As far as the charges from this app directly I did authorize a subscription personally but not to be charged over & over a couple days apart & then twice every single week for one acct. I contacted support hoping to be reimbursed for all the repeat charges (pending reply) but I have had to block the App Store merchant completely, delete my subscriptionS & get a new debit card to stop the hundreds of dollars being drained from my acct & it’s been a nightmare! Please be careful & monitor your acct if you use this app. Look for double charges in your subscription charges & any Apple Com charges you don’t recognize on your acct. The fraud started out slow with little charges here & there a few days apart & then drained my acct with back to back charges totally a large amount of money. 😩

I purchased so that I could see blood pressure within the Heartly app, which was already unreliable, but is now wildly inaccurate since it has changed to Wellmy. Very disappointing, and I can’t seem to unsubscribe. This is a scam.

It’s been a month since I downloaded the application and it charged me 5 times $8.65 now l don’t know how I’m going to pay that amount. Better buy a pulse meter in SHEIN
