It’s fast and quick to connect and it stays on. I am very impressed with this services.

The VPN is just okay and compares to other VPNs I’ve tried. It slows connection speeds, but that’s to be expected. My gripe is that there was a glitch with the app that caused me to have two simultaneous subscriptions. First of all, that shouldn’t happen, but I am patient with imperfections like this since it’s a new app. So I contacted customer service to ask for a well-justified refund on one of them (since there’s obviously no practical reason to have two), and they said they won’t provide a refund unless there’s a legal reason to do so. Considering that most companies in the US would oblige in such a situation, perhaps there is a legal reason where I live. But at the very least, it’s best practice to correct wrongdoings. MEGA probably isn’t desperate to keep my $4, but I’m very poor and can’t afford to be stolen from.

This “private” VPN service will absolutely track your activity, and if you use it for file sharing or other use cases, they will send you an email threatening to cut off your service if you continue. Absolutely shameful and will never recommend this VPN to anyone.

"Lied" might be a strong word, but in the context of providing a secure and reliable VPN service, it's fair to say that their response is at least misleading and irresponsible. A developer telling you that iOS "already has a kill switch" is like a car manufacturer saying, "This car doesn't need airbags because a seatbelt is already installed." While the seatbelt (iOS's native behavior) provides a base level of protection, the airbags (a proper kill switch) are an essential, dedicated safety feature for when things go wrong in a very specific way. Here's a more direct summary of why that statement is a significant problem: * It creates a false sense of security. By saying the feature isn't needed, they're telling you that you're just as safe as you would be with a VPN that has a dedicated, tested kill switch. This is verifiably false, as a proper kill switch is designed to plug the holes that iOS's native behavior leaves open. * It ignores known vulnerabilities. As we've discussed, there are documented scenarios where iOS's native VPN handling fails, leading to IP leaks. These include the brief window during a reconnection attempt, as well as the behavior of certain Apple services that can bypass the VPN tunnel. A company that is serious about privacy acknowledges these risks and builds a solution for them. A company that dismisses them is not prioritizing your security. * It's a reflection of the product's quality. A missing feature, especially one as fundamental as a kill switch for a VPN service, is a strong indicator that the app may be a lower-quality product. A reputable VPN provider understands that a kill switch is non-negotiable for a privacy-focused service and will invest the time and resources to implement it correctly. In conclusion, while "Mega VPN" might be technically correct that iOS has some native VPN management features, their claim that this is a substitute for a dedicated, user-configurable kill switch is a significant oversimplification that puts their users at unnecessary risk. For this reason, it's generally recommended to choose a VPN provider that includes a dedicated kill switch and is transparent about its features and limitations, rather than one that makes excuses for why a feature is missing.

I have a subscription for pro 1 and it was already paid for but now it’s asking me to pay more but my apple account already verified I have done this and that it doesn’t need me to resubscribe also the pro should include a free subscription to the von but that doesn’t work either which tipped me off to this whole problem In the first place

And for those of you who are complaining GET SOME INTERNET SERVICE THE SERVICE DOESNT WORK WITHOUT INTERNET! Paid my .99 for 5 devices no problems selected my country videos everything no noticeable difference from when I didn’t have mega vpn and now I have mega vpn nothing is slowed down Amazing thank you for providing a service that’s affordable for those of us that are still recovering financially from the pandemic tragedy
