    I gave this a great review I like this Apple Watch but I can’t use it. I can’t open it I feel like I wasted my money. I am so disappointed. I am so upset. Everything was going well. I use it for business. It does the greatest provocative photos that I need for my business and then all of a sudden nothing I’ve updated it I reinstalled it I’ve uninstall that I’ve done everything I possibly could I even tried to contact someone for help. No such luck, I just feel like I wasted all my money on this app and it’s not even working.

    I purchased a yearly subscription and genuinely loved how simple and user-friendly the app was. I received weekly credits and would even purchase extra credits when I needed them. Then one day, I opened the app and saw a message saying they had moved to a new platform called Clone AI. Suddenly, I was blocked from using the 200 credits I had already paid for, and I couldn’t even download the photos I had previously created. I reached out to FaceOff for help, but all I got was the runaround. How can customers trust a company that abruptly changes platforms and disregards existing yearly subscriptions? I’ve been unable to receive a refund, which is extremely disappointing. I still decided to try Clone AI, but it doesn’t offer the same features that made me love FaceOff. It feels like a copy of so many other AI slop apps on the market. What made FaceOff stand out is now gone. I appreciated that FaceOff allowed you to recreate almost any image using your own face — that uniqueness is what set it apart. Testing Clone AI was underwhelming, and with so many apps already offering similar features, I don’t see the value in committing to another yearly subscription. This situation reflects poor business practices and a lack of consideration for loyal customers. This has nothing to do with price! You blocked me from using my remaining yearly subscription! Your reply is terrible!

    They changed apps to Clone AI and it has gone downhill. I paid a yearly subscription and now they got some block on the old app not allowing me to download my pictures or use my credits I paid for. This app was really good and now they are just like all the others out there so now app is no longer special. Whoever made the business decision to do this really fumbled the ball. I tried Clone AI for a week and it’s awful. I no longer trust them as a business now and don’t recommend the new app.

    Bought a $80 subscription and a few days later they put up a notice this app is moving to another similar app instead. So now I paid $80 for an app they knew I wouldn’t be able to use. Also, their privacy policy is terrifying if you actually read it.

    This app claims to make photos that look like you, but that’s not accurate at all. This app constantly tries to give me short hair that is platinum blonde. It is infuriating…. Not to mention every photo they seem to want to lean sex kitten rather than business photo…. The amount of errors are ridiculous and they have no interest in improving the app. I’ve tried to reach out to Customer Service multiple times and I’m determined that they just don’t have one….. the photos that it creates are fake and look nothing like you look into other apps!

    I lost eight points because persistent would not generate my photos. I was still charged for them anyway😥 November 25, 2025 I have sent numerous emails to FaceOff to let them know that I can no longer access my FaceOff on my new phone. I lost my other phone, but FaceOff did not transfer over and I cannot access it any longer. However, I’ve already paid for the entire year which expires in December. I’d like to get back on FaceOff as soon as possible.

    I reached out to have this problem fixed multiple times to no response, I paid for a subscription and when I transferred My data to my new phone the subscription is still on my apple account but does not work on the app anymore and if I cancel and purchase again it still does not work
