    Very disappointed I set up my account and it’s telling me that my password isn’t working when I clearly wrote down everything to make sure and it still won’t work I even went as far as to switch emails and start over and nothing I then ask for a password reset and haven’t. Yet received an email to do that but guess what the sur did charge my credit card

    I knew when purchasing the camera it was not going to give me the quality of a $200 outdoor camera. But I did not expect for the customer service to be so rude and suggest that I buy a ring camera for $20 more. It took them several days to get back to me but then be so rude HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I purchased an entire year membership to store my videos. The entire app crashed today. Isn’t responding and isnt connecting to internet. Keeps giving error messages. Tried to email and guess what invalid email! Go figure!

    There is no way to view the camera...unless someone rings it, & for the last few months...it doesn't let me view when the bell does rings. & finally....it doesn't save any video when it gets rang!!!
