I loooooove this app. But it glitches every time I try to submit a reservation. Once I get to the party size and reservation name part of the form, it stops working.

Did not make a reservation in time and lost out on the popular spots, but ResX saved me with a last second omakase!

ResX is the best app for nyc! Skip the chaotic reservation hunger games entirely. I don’t even try to open any of the reservation apps anymore

It’s truly the app we all needed. NYC reservations are finalllllllly accessible again. I use this thing every week no joke!!! Love love it.

ResX has always been my go to for last minute plans! The app is super easy to use and I’ve been able to go to some of the hardest restaurants in NYC and Miami because of it - it’s the best! Nothing like it ✨

Genuinely love this app! My friends and I check it every week/weekend when we try to eat at top restaurants that are otherwise impossible to go to. Always reliable and efficient. It has created such a buzz in the city. Great customer service as well! Could not recommend this enough.

This is app would be great but unfortunately the restaurants absolutely hate it. One time i put my reservation to, I sodi (a popular, very hard to get into NYC restaurant) and someone claimed it. A couple months later i had another reservation at, I sodi which I planned on going to but they texted me that my reservation was cancelled because I used a 3 party to give my reservation to previously. So long story short the app is great until you can no longer go to your favorite restaurants.

Great App with plenty of uses, however, I’ve given up a few reservations through ResX and I feel they could do a better job protecting those who offer quality reservations. Of the reservations I gave, they happen to be because either I couldn’t make it or some other plans came up. I submitted these reservations a few days in advance and they were all claimed, or so I thought. Of those, after being claimed for basically a whole day, some of them were canceled within hours or minutes of the reservation when I had this booked for days and the restaurant would see my name if the person who “claimed” it doesn’t show up. This isn’t fair to someone that is trying to help out the community. I’d rather keep good standing with these restaurants and cancel right away than have to deal with random people canceling on my behalf last minute. Hoping this issue is fixed in the future.

You can’t filter by time, location, or table size. You can’t access the menu or more than 1 photo of the restaurant from the app. These is simple stuff people, what are we doing over there
