    I am extremely frustrated with Walmart’s service. Every time I place an order, there seems to be an issue—either the order gets canceled without a clear explanation or there’s no proper follow-up. Whenever something goes wrong, they always say, “Our team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours,” but I have never received a proper response within that time—or at all. What’s even more disappointing is that they take customers’ money immediately, but they don’t provide the quality of service we deserve in return. It’s starting to feel like they care more about taking money than delivering good service. I’ve given them chance after chance, but the experience keeps getting worse. Walmart seriously needs to improve its customer service, communication, and reliability. As a loyal customer, I am honestly fed up.

    The app in general is great. Easy to use. However, when picking up the goods, the app does not detect you immediately. I had to close and pen the app several times. The second time I used the app, I had to call from the parking lot itself, to get the goods. They do a tremendous job however. They have everything documented and i got my goods as expected. Just some minor tweaks are needed maybe. Thank you! 👍🏼👍🏼

    What ever the reason every time my order is taken to one of our cottages and not the front office and because no one is usually one it it’s left at the door and I have to try and find it. This is my only complaint

    It’s keep auto cancel my orders every time I order, I contacted Walmart two times and she forwarded that issue to upper management but never receive any response from them to resolve it. I love shopping Walmart that was my first store when I started shopping I don’t have issue with Walmart but the management is not taking the issues seriously taking so long to resolve it, they need to understand that we have to purchase it and if it’s not letting us to purchase it smoothly than how it will work.
  • Clunky for grocery delivery

    For the most part the app is solid. A few things that get in the way, especially if you’re used to other grocery delivery apps: •No way to communicate directly with the shopper or add a note about an item. •No easy refund option for poor delivery items. If your eggs arrived broken, you’ll have to actually call customer service on the phone for a refund. The only in-app option is to set up return, but who is really driving broken eggs back to the store? •If there’s any notification options other than email I can’t find them. If you’re not constantly checking your email during the multiple hours long window when someone *might* be shopping your order, it’s likely you’ll miss a substitution or cancellation and end up with things you didn’t want or a half empty order.
