I love watching the WNBA. Not sure subscribing to the app is worth it though. It continues to log me out of the app, and will not allow me to log back in for days at a time. It says my email is not recognized or the password is wrong. I have to completely shut down my phone and uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times for it to allow me to log back in. I have emailed WNBA, but they can’t seem to fix the issue either except to keep trying the methods above. What is the point of paying for a subscription that I can’t watch for two weeks out of a month.
  • Needs work

This app still needs a lot of work. It’s not user friendly. You can’t do deep dives into stats. The features are lacking. And it’s sad that the ad pic for the app doesn’t even include the literal face of the WNBA and you know exactly who I’m talking about.
  • Not connecting

So many issues when simply trying to watch a replay of a game or streaming a game live. I don’t get why it’s so unstable.
  • Buggy app

The WNBA needs to take some of that revenue and invest in a better streaming platform. There is no ‘play from the beginning’ option. Video bar usually doesn’t function so you have to hit rewind or fast forward a thousand times to start the game where you want it. Pregame info is laughably inaccurate and must be using a bad algorithm- tonight’s 10 ‘projected starters’ included 3 bench players that never start, one player that’s been out all season with an ACL and another that just got traded today and hasn’t even arrived in the city yet
  • Mostly loses your spot - very frustrating to use

If you are trying to watch a game over multiple viewing sessions this app mostly loses your spot on the same device, and will 100% lose your spot if you switch devices. It is also next to impossible to get it to fast forward to the correct portion of the game. Mostly I have given up pausing and restarting games. It’s hard to believe a simple viewing app can be so terrible - please do better.
  • no notifs plz

i have my notifications set to only notify me when my team plays. this choice is not what actually happens. i have been bombarded with 4+ notifications per day. ive reached out to customer support, its been a month and 36 messages exchanged and i still have no answer. please dont take this as a customer support failure, they have been very helpful. though no solution has been found. the only reason this doesn’t have 1 star is that if i only got my team’s notifs id have no qualms. but alas my ADHD and this apps nonworking buttons are really tryna see me fail 🥺
  • League Pass total scam

They tell you to buy the league pass to have access to the games. They don’t tell you that it only lets you watch games that aren’t on TV. Only a few games I have been able to watch after spending the money. Why offer this to customers knowing they still can’t watch the games? False advertising and total rip off
  • Not worth it

Paid the $35 to be able to watch games. Half the games aren’t available to view live on the app. And ADS. I paid for the app, why am I still getting ads I can’t delete. So a lack of live games and full of ads. What did I pay for?
  • Too glitchy

I’ve never written an app review, but with how glitchy this app is, my patience has run thin. First, you have to tilt it a certain way if you want to watch full screen. It can’t be too far or too far back or else it’ll just go back to small screen. Second, if you have the league pass and maybe fell asleep watching a game or want to just watch one specific part, it’s a hit or miss if the player will allow you to move the indicator to whatever specific time you’re trying to watch. So say if your app quits or something interrupted you during halftime, you have to watch the replay from the beginning UNLESS it’s one of the rare times it’ll let you move forward. Otherwise, you’re hitting the skip 10 seconds button like crazy to get there. It’s not my wifi, it’s not my phone, it’s this glitchy app. I’m so over it.
