    I’ve been using this app since 2016. It’s so easy to follow. I lost 15lbs following the program. Since then, I used it to train for both a 10k and a half! The structure keeps me on track and I just go back to easier runs on days I can’t put forth my best effort.

    This app is AWESOME!!! I've used it for about a year now. I've never been a runner but I've lost over 40 lbs and look forward to my runs four times a week. I have gone from 284lbs to below 240lbs. And continue to lose weight. Now training for a half marathon! Love this app

    Just wish I could input my mph in the tracker instead of having to figure out the distance based off my mph on the treadmill and time at each speed.

    App works great for getting back into running. But, half the time the intervals are announced over your music. Half the time they are not. Extremely frustrating when I am running and I need to open my phone to know the next interval.
  • No meal plan modifications

    I am disappointed in this app. I paid for the premium subscription and was disappointed when I looked at the meal plan it made for me and I saw that almost every breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner has nuts in it and I am allergic to nuts. There is no way to modify the meal plans for dietary restrictions. I am deathly allergic to nuts and therefore paid for a meal plan I can’t use. Wish I could get a refund.

    I have used several running plan apps for the last few years, this one is by far the most under developed one yet. I wasted money paying for a year when I couldn’t stand to use it after a couple of weeks.
