I love your company but I sent an email 2 weeks ago I can’t afford 547 Please refund me that and let me do 99 per month

I had a paid subscription for over a year, lost the weight, and have since been using the free version to track my progress. Overnight, I lost all the data and can’t track anything I used to, so I’m switching apps and deleting this one.

For years I have used noom to track calories and weight. As of the new update that is all now pay to play subscription. This is extremely disappointing considering I initially paid to join noom and now they want additional subscription money. This really feels like a scam at this point.

Could not access my account today without deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t work the first time so I did it again and it worked but took a while to get to where I could log my info.

This free app is the best weight & calorie tracker app out there. You can use it without buying their weight loss program. I like that it’s easy to use and has a barcode scanner for free unlike another popular app that made theirs a paid feature. Noom also just added the ability to collect seeds in the free app like you could do in the paid program and you can get gift cards when you have enough of them.

Since the new update I can no longer log my weight. I log it in my health app now. I also cannot log meals for previous days if I don’t have time or forget to log something. The update also deleted all my previous meal logs and started me back at day one.

The new update is less user friendly. Having a very hard time finding where to log my weight, which should be the second easiest thing to do on this app. Also not loving the ads. Please stop pushing weight loss medications. Noom used to be about making healthy choices and tracking meals, not drug injections. Super disappointed and will probably delete soon.

I do not like all the additional items that Number decided to add on to their app. The most important part was the ability to weigh yourself daily and chart it. They have removed it from their app and added on meditative and G1 sales pitches. They really have gone down. Do not update and do not buy.

I’ve been using Noom for 6 years. For some reason they removed weight tracking from the app. But hey you can buy weight loss drugs there now so that’s telling I guess. Goodbye noom. You did help me but when you remove the most basic feature of the app, I have no more use for you.
