  • Love it but I cannot afford it!

I really love Zoom and it helped me a lot. They used to have a program for $20 a month which was affordable. That’s no longer available. Senior citizen on a fixed income, and it is a shame that they have priced this app beyond my reach.
  • Scam

I ordered medication and had to download the app after. They haven’t shipped my medication and told me some bogus story about how the system doesn’t track packages. I’ve been trying to get this medication shipped for weeks. Don’t order from here.
  • Really Helped Me 💗

It’s been a few years since I’ve used to service and I’m not sure which great options they have added since then but I wanted to give a huge kudos to Noom for their lessons on healthy eating which helped me successfully move away from my very long experienced binging habit. The psychology in the lessons really helped me to dive deep on that habit and core issue and helped me to build new and better healthy ways of doing things. I will always be grateful that Noom played a significant part in that. I may check back in again soon to check out the new features! 😊✨
  • Bugs!

At least three times a week, after opening the app, it doesn’t show my compete home page. I have to either reboot my phone, or uninstall and reinstall the app. Also, it has reset my step goal back to 2000 and I am unable to edit it. Frustrating!
  • Widget is gone??

I used Noom last year and had pretty good success while on it. When I first joined - there was the option to add a widget to your phone screen which I loved! It made it much easier for me to remember to use the app. Then randomly the widget stopped working and was no longer an option. I came back to try Noom again and I find it still hasn’t fixed the widget issue. I wish this feature could be added back as it was super convenient when it was available last time.
  • The app is down 1/2 of the time

The app seems to be not working half the time. At this moment, I can’t get into it, and haven’t been able to all day. And it’s not the first time this has happened. I’ve been on it consistently for a week and for three of the seven days the app opens, but I can’t log food or get into the other menus. It’s not my phone, all my other apps run just fine. Very frustrating especially since I just spent $200 for a years worth of Noom service. Who’s the stupid one? Frustrated.
  • Some glitches

Basically good, but due to glitches and regular updates, it becomes necessary to update or even uninstall and reinstall. It also does not often like to create meals and save them.
  • Lots to love, key pieces missing

I’m loving using this app so far for the daily lessons and encouragement. However, some key things are lacking and I’m hoping they will come with future development/releases. I would love at least the option to track fiber, for me that is key. And the meal tracking is a bit clunky for the user. There are multiple reasons it seems clunky but the most significant being once you save a meal, you essentially have to go back to your home page before going in and logging the next meal. Hope this feedback helps!
  • Once helpful, now buggy and frustrating

I’m frustrated that I bought six months of this app. I have used Noom a few times over the last decade. I like the core content, but the app has become buggy and cluttered. Food logging is slow, lessons feel repetitive, and there are too many upsells. It used to be simple and motivating, but now it’s more annoying than helpful.
  • App issues

Noom overall has been great but the app interface seems to have been a bait and switch. When I started Noom the app had little inspirational quotes and my step goal increased daily based on my progress - now it resets to 2000 every day and the inspirational messages are gone and the app that looked like it had all the bells and whistles now looks rudimentary. I pay for premium but the app itself seems to need some work. Also it would be great if the app recognized foods I’ve input manually previously so that I don’t have to keep inputting the same stuff all the time.
