Reading the Globe has been a daily habit of mine for over 2 years now and counting because I look forward to it each day. Excellent reporting and writing and I’m up to speed locally and globally.

Your newspaper is too liberal! We need a balance in writers!!
  • Great content, poor app and support

I’ve found at least 2 bugs in the app, and I reported each one. When I report a bug, the customer service agent seems to assume it’s a user error rather than a bug. For one bug, she told to restart the app and/or restart my phone. If you’re giving me a work around, acknowledge thaf it’s a bug.
  • Anti semitism allowed

Your far to liberal and anti semitic . You leave articles on the front page for months . You put what ever Israel does as major headlines while Ukraine and others get back page small columns. And worst of all you let the anti semitic commentators insult and call those that don’t agree with them names while blocking them only if the censor is available or feels like it only to have them constantly reappear in the next article regarding Israel. The Globe lets their hate continue on and on under the guise of free speech
  • Fix Games

I guess this is minor considering that the Globe is a newspaper. But your games seem to have gotten broken in a recent update, and progress is no longer saved if you walk away for 5 minutes. When you return the game is back to “brand new” and you can not resume where you left off. Similarly, the app no longer keeps track of games you have completed. I liked it better before, when those functions worked.
  • Fabulous newspaper, that I have read for 1955, to now in mid-2025. Only, the Globe. Everyday.

See above, my message is combined from opinion.
  • Can’t find articles I read

As soon as I leave the app, the article I was reading disappears. Others have said there is a history of articles read, but I can’t find it. It’s even worse with games. I hate this app!

This app has a lot of potential. Aside from the clunky UX (I.e being brought to another browsing window to read articles vs reading articles embedded in the app, there are numerous design flaws that make this app mildly frustrating. It could be a lot better and on par with NYT
