I wondered why or how can a kids smart app have less than a 4.5 star rating, and then I quickly knew and learned why!! This app wants your information, makes you create an account with asking you too many questions, AND THEN AT THE END wants you to pay $80 a year to use and help make your kid smart. Instead of doing this for the GOOD for the future of our society, they're trying to make too much money! Shameful!!!

I love watching the expressions of my daughters as they express creativity, solve problems, and learn lessons.

I had this app when I was four and my mom paid for the yearly subscription And I saw it again so I downloaded it. But the song Jenny Jenkins is not on YouTube anymore 🥺and the homer bird is GONE and it has been so many years because I am twelve

Have kids content restrictions turned on. Get a “local host” permission error when accessing individual sessions, but can’t get support team to provide the proper http address to white list their sites to prevent content blocking from stopping pages from loading.

Bought the subscription, installed the app, played two pretty worthless games (the writing practice section just has words appear? The reading practice just reads you a story?) and then the app froze completely. We tried restarting it, we tried completely deleting and redownloading, we literally can’t access it anymore. What an amazing waste of money.

I am not leaving this review because of content. But there is never ending issue with this app not loading. I am so frustrated. I paid for a year and makes me want to throw away the device. I even force close it and nothing after the homer load screen all you get is blew screen. It’s a daily issue. Just to double check it wasn’t the iPad I checked my iPhone and same issue. I am wondering if the developer is not keeping up with the iOS 17 updates. If they don’t fix it in a week they better be refunding my money. Idk why they can’t fix this.
  • Doesn’t Advance, useless app

My now 5 year old started this app when she was 4. She was easily bored with this app because she already knew ABCs, phonetics, etc and has started to read prior to this app. I was hoping this allow her to advance more wit her interest in reading. No matter how often you change the setting to her knowledge of what is asked in the “quizzes” the app says, “placed in the same learning stage”. Even if you change the age year, it will not change the learning stage. Well that doesn’t help and is a waste of money. Do better Homer!!!
