    love tapas but the only issue would be when buying the ink the prices say 19.99 but it charged me 60$ this has happened on multiple occasions

    They getting greedy by the year. I can’t even earn the points for free by doing those website tasks cuz even when I do everything I still don’t get none. On top of that why would they start to make ur ink expire like what that’s so annoying

    3 ads a day for chapters is so little. I spend ink normally when I get invested in a story line have used my ads and wanting more. Having only 3 ads limits my ability to get hooked and want to fiend ink. Highly recommend the WEBTOON model where the newest 7 to 10 are Ink only, the 7 before that are watch with an ad only and the ones before that are WUF or ad watch. I spend so much money at WEBTOON then I do at Tapas because they allow me to get invested in the story.

    After submitting multiple tickets to get credit for completing an offer, instead of resolution, I hear that I was supposedly cheating - although I was following their terms to the letter. I was a new user and was completing three levels on the same device. All the work was my own. It’s the advertiser, but Tapas needs to know. The advertiser didn’t want to reward 3 brackets of levels (which represents how long it took for them to address the issue, by effectively saying they weren’t going to honor the terms).

    I like the app, I just don’t like how new episodes are locked and I have to pay money for ink. Even if I try to get free ink, it’s some bogus stuff that doesn’t even give me the ink. I get you need to get ink to pay creators for their stories, but I feel like only having a certain amount of episodes free just takes away from my excitement of reading the stories.

    I love the app, fabulous stories and I’ve had no trouble previously getting ink from the offers. But since the new update I haven’t been able to get any and I’ve done like 10 offers and got nothing. I’ve refreshed it, exited and re-entered the app, and even did the same offer like three times and still nothing. Just a minor issue but still a great app.

    Most if not all series allow for the first 3 chapters to be read for free. But after that it’s a paywall. Now this isn’t something I’m against, I am aware the creators and artists need to be paid for their work. However, every other manga/manhwa app that I use offer some sort of premium membership/subscription that allows for credits(ink) to be issued on a timeframe basis, whether weekly or monthly, along with a discount for chapter cost. While Tapas does offer a great selection, the limited availability of more series with more free chapters (even something simple like free up to chapter 10 on series with 100 or more chapters) and the lack of any sort of premium definitely puts a damper on using this app.
