Ever since the new update it’s been really confusing on just trying to find an email or trying to find a specific attachment within an email. I’m sure this new update was meant to help organize, but it feels more chaotic. So now I’m just trying to get used to the madness. Lol 😂

I use folders with filters to organize my email. I mostly like the latest version expect now it’s harder to navigate to and between the folders. Please return to ability to get to folders from bottom left like was previously

  • Paying 4.99 a month to see adds? Not happy

I’m currently paying $4.99 per month and am still being shown advertisements within the app. This is frustrating, as a paid subscription should provide a more seamless and uninterrupted user experience. Specifically, I’ve been seeing ads such as TurboTax, which detracts from the overall usability and value of the service. If ads are going to remain part of the experience, there should be clearer expectations set at the time of subscription. I would strongly prefer an ad-free experience as part of a paid plan, or at minimum, more transparency regarding what the subscription includes.
