I tried to get the $1.99 to remove advertising and it just will not do anything so I find it trying to do something to get anything done on this new app

I get emails from globe life and others 15 times a day even when I mark as spam and delete. The email has nowhere to unsubscribe

Do not care for Yahoo Mail. There are ads every other email.
  • Xfinity to yahoo email upgrade…classic bait and switch

I use email all the time! I thought the “upgrade” to Yahoo mail from Xfinity was an actual upgrade! Instead emails are in a ridiculous format that is hard to read. On top of it you get ads thrown in that you can’t delete! And although Xfinity claims there is no cost to you for this upgrade, yahoo attempts to bait you with a $5 fee for an ad free email. This is a classic bait and switch! All because most of us want to keep our same email address that we have had!

Since the latest update, I no longer see different icons for my various inboxes, which makes it a little more annoying when trying to quickly understand the source of my emails.

Sorry but this new update is horrible. I am having trouble locating my read messages. Check my trash, spam, archives and every other folder with no success. I was a fan of Yahoo Mail but now I am really disappointed. All my starred emails have vanished as well. I couldn’t care less about the ads, but not being able to find my emails is unacceptable. Need help ASAP!
