    I been using Yahoo for years and each year it continues to disappoint me because it going downhill with the duplication of my email, the ads, not deleting my emails when I click delete among other things. If I have to purchase their upgrade just to use my email properly then I don’t need it anymore. I would not advise using yahoo.

    So could you switch the app back to the way it was? Why does the priority mail have to be preset to be seen first? I’m so irritated every time I get on the app and see that it’s pre set to the priority mailbox first. I don’t have any addresses set to priority mail. The only thing that SHOULD be is the ones from my bank, and it’s not. I really don’t like the pre set. But I’ve always liked yahoo. Thank you.

    I’ve been using yahoo since 2004. It has been my go to for email but something just changed and it’s making the app unbearable. They started this 4 category feature and now my spam is no longer filtered. I switched it back to have one inbox (how it used to be) hoping it would address the issue to no avail. I used to have a spam email get through to my regular inbox once every three months if the phisher was crafty with the title but now I’m getting all the spam emails in my inbox daily. Before all the spam was nestled nicely in the spam folder and I didn’t have to look or deal with it. Is this going to be the norm going forward? Update: do you have an email where I can provide some screenshots. Something is different. I used to get 1 “decent” looking spam every few months. I would like to show you the 4-6 I get a day now. They are beyond obvious spam and I have never deleted. I have been marking every one as spam and not seeing any relief.

  • Inbox only showing about 10-12 messages

    Something happened to this app in the last 2 weeks. Using this app on iPhone 15, iOS 18.1.1. It only shows about 10-12 messages in the inbox. I have to close it or go to another folder and come back to the inbox to see more messages. But then it stops showing messages again. I have removed the app, restarted my iPhone and downloaded the app several times but still have the same problem. I am back to using the native iPhone Mail app again. Edit: In response to developer. I am using the all tab.

    I’m not sure why it was changed; but the old Yahoo! Mail look was perfectly fine, and now, it just doesn’t look as good to me. There is extraneous information that I don’t need. I hope that the creators decide to go back to the old version! Thanks.
