  • Complete Trash, not Trans friendly at all.

    This app is utter lies. I’m. Trans man and I date women. There are few places for me to find my community and niche and I thought this would be one of them. I paid for a premium subscription until the end of April. This is now the 4th time I’ve been suspended (now permanently revoked) bc some random person decided to report my shirtless photo on the beach as a “nude.” I was not nude, nor have I ever sent a nude photo to anyone privately. I even asked them to check and investigate to prove my innocence. Instead, they ban me for LIFE and with a robot response not even from a human being. Not even with the decency to write a response from an actual human being, just writing me off with absolutely no proof I posted any such thing. I asked for a prorated refund for the time I PAID FOR and now have no access to. I also asked to speak with a human, specifically one in a supervising role. This app claims to be “open and accepting” and a friendly LGBTQ place, but it’s crawling with TERFS who hate trans people, and no one stops them. This app is shameful and atrocious. It’s wildly expensive and there’s little to no help or customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this app to a cockroach. What misguided marketing filled with lies. If you’re truly queer friendly (especially pro-trans) do not indulge in downloading this app and definitely don’t waste your money and time on it.

  • I got banned twice for nothing

    I have no idea what I did to deserve a ban but I just sucked it up and made another account and then got banned on that one too. Literally zero reason from what I can tell because I was never rude to anyone and I don’t think I did anything against their TOS. I sent in multiple tickets and their support system absolutely sucks, they never respond and if they do it’s just a dumb bot that doesn’t explain anything. I would’ve been fine if they explained why I was banned but they haven’t explained why both times I’ve gotten banned. I hope this gets seen by these people because they need to respond to their customers. I was getting a bunch of likes and was about ready to pay for premium to see them but I was banned before that opportunity so I’m no longer even able to.

    It logged me out of my icloud not message popped up. My photos remain on the app and need instant deletion. That contact phone number ish not gonna work for me. I had the app deleted it and then reinstalled now i cant fking use my new account. This app is buns

    I thought this was supposed to be an app for lesbians? I keep getting cis men taking up all of my likes. I only get to go through five likes a day and almost all of them are men. Waste of my time. I'm glad I never spent any money on this scam.

    I met my ex almost a year ago on here. So at some point this app may have worked but it is ALL scammers that are constantly evolving. Look very carefully and plan to meet soon and refuse to send pictures and matches will disappear. HER isnt the only app with this problem but it might be the worst. Like every app it doesnt seem to have any intentions of fixing it. The age of dating apps is overtaken by ai and bots. You’d be lucky to manage with an actual person but I promise you they will be rude and message every few days at most.

    downloaded the app and swiped a bit, matched with 3 people, talked to two people, account banned with no explanation by the AI filters. there’s no way to contact a human for customer service. it’s been 3 days since i submitted a support request and no one has helped me, im missing out on matches because of this. not to mention that the app is practically unusable without paying for premium

    This app is terfed up. If you’re not a person with a vagina then this app is probably not for you. They say it’s for trans people but you don’t see us represented in any of their ads or promos. If you choose to use the app, don’t pay for it. They don’t deserve your money. Not until they make great strides forward. But most of the cis women on this app are bigots. Your location won’t matter. They don’t ban transphobes. Report away. All they do is block them. And if you still choose to download it, prepare to be disappointed.

    This app is okay but why do we have to pay to see likes and everything else. I feel that is hindering this app. The least y’all can do is let us see the likes. This is apparently supposed to be for LGBTQ+ dating but y’all making it hard for us to. I’m just being honest.🤷🏽‍♀️

  • The new update is awful!

    With the new update having ads every few swipes, it will forcefully take you to an entirely new webpage, but also swipe right on the person whose profile appears right before the ad pops up. I have been getting “matches” with a TON of random people I never swiped right on and am getting harassed for not responding to them in my dms. I don’t mind the ads, but I also don’t want to lead hopeful people on who I have no interest in because of the app’s programming. I am no longer using this app until it is fixed because I hate hurting people’s feelings and have to keep explaining to them that the match was a mistake.
