    This was literally the best dating app that I have ever tried before. It was so easy to make an account and get started, and I made a wonderful match. However, when I tried getting back into the app I get the notification that my account was on hold for violation of community guidelines or terms of service. There was no pinpointed reason, and to my knowledge I did absolutely nothing wrong. I followed everything that was asked of me. When I tried to contact the service team to see what may have happened, either for an exact reason or a way to fix it, I just received a generic message that stated my account was permanently frozen and removed due to violating either guidelines or terms. No actual representative or reasons why. I read all terms and guidelines and still cannot find a reason for my account to have been disabled. I am still absolutely baffled and frustrated at the fact that I no longer have contact with my match, and there is seemingly no way to resolve this. I understand that safety on the app is paramount and I really appreciated that, but to be on the targeted end of a frozen account for no reason dampens that appreciation.

    The version that you don’t pay for doesn’t allow for great opportunity for connection. On the fence about doing the paid version. Not able to see likes in the unpaid version and the paid version is quite pricey.

    Easy to navigate but sometimes glitchy. Matches are made but don’t show up in my match list. Message are sent but don’t go through. She coulda been the one but now I’ll never know.

    Yea, I was using this app comfortably for a while until I hopped back on, trying to see if I could get some new matches while I was on a trip, and found out my account was frozen for no reason. I’ve sent multiple emails asking what they even think I did to no avail, nothing at all, they just reiterate “your account will not come back.” Don’t use this app at all frankly..

    I created an account that instantly got frozen before I even clicked into anything. They then sent me an email that asked for a picture of me and a government issued ID, I am not comfortable making that information to a cite I don’t know or trust, if you see this delete everything associated with me. I can’t even go in and delete those photos I just uploaded I am not happy.

  • Fake Profiles

    I like the app in general, and would love to give it 5 stars… but there are a LOT of fake profiles on here. I’ve only been using it for a week, but more than half of the matches that I’ve made have been fake profiles (which is easy to tell, because their conversations all follow the same pattern, and the profiles usually talk about emotional intelligence.) I know that the team is working to remove these profiles, because one was once removed just minutes after I matched. But it would be nice if they could eliminate it altogether. I haven’t had this problem on other apps. Maybe require that all profiles be verified or something… Women deserve a safe space to just seek other women. And this is rapidly becoming not just an annoyance but a thing that causes me to be concerned for my safety while using this app.

  • THE FREE TRIAL IS FAKE

    DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL! It's fake, they immediately charge you $60 and tell you to chase down apple for a refund, and apple tells you to take it up with them. It's a scam DO NO DO THE TRIAL! The free trial pop up is a scam they have been running for a loooooooooong time. App has updated 4 times since i wrote this and the trial scam is still active. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY "FREE TRIALS" even if it specifically says it's for everyone for pride week, or lesbian day, or whatever holiday.

    This app is so bad, you can’t even text anyone without having to pay. Every little thing you wanna do you have to pay, not to mention that they repeatedly freeze or hold your account for the smallest things. Honestly super annoying and my experience with it was a 1/10, the 1 is only because of the baddies 💔

    I was liking the app but then randomly I saw it got put on hold and I was like okay, I’ll just verify my age like it wants me to, I send a support request and they answer and say I need to send a picture of myself and ID, I do, but then they just never respond to me and I’ve sent multiple emails because I heard this was common for people who use it. I’m so sad about this
