    I had an item from a grocery order expire before it was supposed to. I tried two different agents on the app to get help. They refuse to give the refund and refuse to explain why. I was happy with this app before this. No problem with previous help needed, but this was such a bad experience that I will not give them my business again. They should not be allowed to be a company if they are just going to steal money.

    I could handle the constant changes and inability to find things. I was done with them when they charged me for 4 more expensive bottles of wine and brought me 4 cheaper bottles of wine and wouldn’t refund the $60 difference.

    Well, last night yesterday I ordered groceries over close to $200 plus the tip it was going to cost me a little over $200 to get groceries into my home my apartment which I do not drive which is horrible living in a role part of Massachusetts, where there’s no transportation unless you uber or Lyft the lady that was supposed to deliver my groceries which was a poor taste because she decided at the last moment when she couldn’t fit the food car that she could no longer deliver the groceries and canceled the entire trip so I canceled everything not having anything in my apartment to eat at the time I like it to be noted that that person is rude. It was a woman of course they’re lazy as always they want. They always have their opinions, and she had her opinion which you want to change something. The most important person of the family, my cat so guess what I give this app I use unsatisfactory because these people are just using the system on other people’s hardships on how to make money sorry I will no longer use this app because it is too much problems with it until you fix them and lower the percentages of the people getting off these poor people they’re taking advantage of. I’m sorry they are when people are collecting food, stamps, and other. Disabled people taking advantage of the system, like people do always trusting when the government is shut down and the person decides not to deliver the groceries.

    Just be aware there is a giant price difference in what you post through instacart vs what you pay in store, not counting the delivery fee, service fee or tips. They put the store receipt in with my order and there was a $60 difference in what I ended up paying vs what the store receipt showed. The only positive thing I have to say is that my driver was absolutely wonderful.

    In future, when items are delivered, it would be helpful if the person could walk up the walkway to place them on the porch at my front door instead of the driveway in front if the garage. It was fine last time because the box of water was very heavy and I would not expect that. But if it is just grocery bags it would be better on the porch protected from weather. So far everything has been perfect-just asking to have it delivered to porch when possible. (Let me know if it is an unreasonable request. Maybe in rain that would happen anyway. )
