I now use this will Stelo and I can get information about my carbs and exercise and look at Stelo to see how I am doing in real time. Taking Diabetes nutrition classes at Kaiser and it’s all starting to work together

After my doctor gave me the disheartening news that I am a type 2 diabetic I decided to follow her advice and loose weight and limit carb intake. I want to avoid insulin shots if possible. I found this app and chose it over several others. I find the app quite comprehensive (premium plan) and it helps me see how my eating habits directly affect my desired goals. The app is fairly simple, has great features and a fairly good database of foods and recipes. I recommend this app to anyone who desires to loose weight while watching their carb intake. I make a game of logging all of my foods, it’s fun and challenging. This app keeps the logging process fairly simple. Thank you and Kudos to the app developers.

This is be far the best health/food tracking app I have used. It track everything I need to see. It is very user friendly and customizable. The ai feature is quite accurate and can be corrected. The interface is pleasing to the eye. I am very pleased with this app - it is a little pricey when you go premium but so worth it!! Awesome job!!

Can’t even register for an account…this app is garbage
  • Recipe input way too convoluted

Attempting to copy/paste a recipe is an exercise in futility. Once pasted, I still need to go back and select only ingredients that are in the database. ( Sea Salt is non-existent in your database) After updating all the ingredients I still cannot publish as the bloody thing still does not recognize all if the ingredients.
