M 365 just takes what used to be one step functions and turns them into multi step complications. Unnecessarily.

Frequently, if not most of the time we get this error that the request cannot be completed at this time and try again, which makes it impractical to use. Also, there is very little flexibility to guide copilot to the results. We’re looking for most often it produces a prepackaged response, which is inadequate. Or useless

Prior to the update, you were able to access all Microsoft apps via Microsoft 365 w/o downloading any independent apps. Now that is gone and you have to download each app which is now a nuisance and deter you from doing whatever task you planned to do. I mainly use my phone for convenience. Now the convenience is gone. I might go back to Apple apps.
  • Not usable after update

The latest update killed the app. It can no longer edit files. Don’t understand Microsoft’s logic behind it. In today’s worlds of integrating everything, Microsoft decided to go back to 10 years ago and force user to use separate apps for excel, word and PowerPoint. Very disappointed and deleted the app.
  • Fix this problem/bug as soon possible

Hello, Whenever I try to login to my Enterprise/Work/Student Microsoft account the app takes me to the Microsoft 365 apps as in screenshot, then the Microsoft 365 app tells me to install the copilot app which has already previously send me to the Microsoft 365 app.
  • They continue to go backwards

I use to be able to edit word, excel, ppt, and more in this application. I was everything in one spot, and then they made it copilot focused, but at least I could still edit everything in one spot, with the recent update, I can view docs but have to be offloaded to a different application to do my work. I am deleting this app now. Other options will have to be explored
