  • Copilot not there yet…

I would’ve thought that copilot’s biggest strength was to enhance Microsoft 365 products. Whether I’m looking for a function or a script in power BI or Support in PowerPoint, Microsoft forms, Copilot falls way short. I find better solutions in GROK or ChatGPT. I do believe that the security components to protect my inputs and data are better.

This is so convenient, except that it’s gotten me into trouble. It doesn’t always sync correctly, which is a problem when collaborating on a shared doc. I’ve had to piece together docs from version histories because it has reverted to old versions, which essentially overrides more recent updates. All that to say, I’m going to use this sparingly because of the headache this has caused.
  • Didn’t ask for this

I never asked for this and yet here it is showing downloaded. AI doesn’t need to be in everything, if you’re struggling to manage your tasks that’s a skill issue but I doubt some of these 5 star ratings are even real. It’s a shame to force any feature onto people, especially when it’s used to justify a price increase. There are plenty other word processors out there, some of them cost nothing.

Bring back the old Office 365 app. I don’t want to corralled into AI.
  • Instead of half baked AI, full baked app?

Why don’t you consider making a useful and fully functional app instead of just throwing in AI cruft that isn’t even fully available?
  • rip-off

I’m pressing the create button and it’s not letting me open any documents or create any new ones.
  • Careful Can be a rip off.

I purchased the pro version of CoPilot and it kept asking me to sign up for Pro when I already had it. I was never able to get it to work when I asked for a refund they said that’s not their policy.

  • I hate this app - it’s forceful and wasteful

Can’t believe I have to download this app when I have so many other Microsoft apps. This needs to stop multiplying - already has the excel and word apps, and now suddenly I can’t work open on any of those anymore. Ridiculous
