This app is practically useless. If I go to the app to see what is available at my warehouse, it is virtually impossible to find items that are for sale in my warehouse using the app. My objective is trying to check for availability without driving to the warehouse, however when I do a simple search for something like ground beef , the kids app comes up with dozens or hundreds of different options that are not in my warehouse and nothing that is actually in my warehouse. Fix your app Costco so that people can actually use it to see what is available in their local warehouse.

I have sent in to cancel my subscription repeatedly and I keep getting emails about upcoming renewal. I have completed the supposed app boxes to decline renewal and still get repeated emails.

I can’t believe in 2026 with a company like Costco can’t develop a decent app that functions normally. I love Costco, but come on now! This is ridiculous. Hire a tech firm already that takes care of your broken app. So stupid.

Too many issues with signing on, payment, updating membership details. I’ve never had so many headaches using an app until using this one which is sad because where do the membership fees go? Certainly not towards creating a user friendly experience!

Every time I open the app it’s asking for a passkey. I don’t have one. It won’t even let me type in a password or just use Face ID. Happens every time I select something in the menu. Completely unacceptable app.

The app is confusing to use. The app hides the functions used to track packages in your settings, the information for Costco Travel is hidden, and the same day delivery takes you to a separate window instead of being in the app which makes it much more confusing to use. When adding items to cart, it should be much easier to change how you want it delivered than having a whole separate window whenever you want same day delivery versus shipping only items. It is also hard to determine what items are available for my area the filters don’t properly filter unavailable items out. My location is limited and it puts a damper on things when you can’t tell what you can actually buy. Please make the functions flow more smoothly. The benefits offered by Costco are amazing and I would hate for business to be deterred due to the inconveniences the app provides.
