    I went on the website for sleepopolis.com for reviews of Costco mattresses (specifically SealyPosturepedic Pro models). They provide the equivalent of “high end/name brand” mattresses. I was pleased to see the alternative equivalent for the Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights mattress was Saatva RX. On the Sealy page for Costco, they provide a phone number for their products. I indicated our needs and the gentleman I spoke with gave me his opinion of which Sealy mattress best matched our needs. I subsequently ordered a mattress, foundation and frame. So far, so good.

    It’s really hard to find things that you know are in store via the app. Seems to only list things you can get delivered . Wanted to show a friend the meatballs I buy but the app won’t let that happen . Google search works better

    Can’t update the app, it says it’s not compatible with my OS, but it won’t let me shop with the older app. Guess I will be doing less shopping at Costco.

    This app does not do very well at searching, very hard to find items at the local Costco, it shows more online purchases and I would like it to have the option of selecting store or online. It needs Scan and Go like one of your competitors. There is still more improvement on this app. Maybe layouts of stores.

  • This app takes forever to load!

    All my other apps load immediately. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, there are no updates, and it still won’t load!

    Put in a search for a refrigerator from my local warehouse, and it came back with zero results. Even searching online is just as bad. Maybe if they got rid of the wannabees in charge of the online and app experience, they would most certainly increase sales. Continually disappointing, especially with the decreasing quality of products.

    The response from tapping or clicking on icons has never been great but it seems to have gotten worse over time. And the lag only increases this issue.

    There is no way to filter what is available in store, I was shopping for some pet supplies and it only gives you the option for delivery. No in store pick or even availability option. At least Sam’s Club will let you filter what’s in stock in store, come on Costco you know you’re better than Sam’s…..

    I HATE using the search function in this app and cannot for the life of me understand how it has such a high rating. Why do products come up in a search engine and not your own app? If it’s not available in my warehouse, just say that. It just looks like it’s not functioning correctly and is exceptionally unhelpful.
