    THIS IS NOT A BOT I CAN SAY THAT This is an amazing app it has great shows and movies though my only down is there is a lot of commercials otherwise it’s an amazing app I would recommend 100%😁🙃👍😉

    1/5 Star = non-stop repetitive ads and lying about wanting feedback. When you say you're willing to submit feedback but didn't like the experience they say they don't have ur "mail". Liars! Keep reporting these sleazy business practices!

    I have been using this app for over 6 months now, and simply put: if this wasn’t the only way to stream Star Trek, I wouldn’t even bother with this mess of an app. If you have auto play off, app crashes all the time. Gets exponentially worse if you try to use AirPlay (note: tried with multiple devices, and every other streaming app works just fine so it’s definitely paramount’s junky code). You’d think with how much Paramount makes as a company, they could pay hire some iOS engineers that actually know what they’re doing. Seriously paramount, GET IT TOGETHER. Stop focusing on pushing ads with every show and fix the mountain of bugs you have in the product. Overall just a garbage app; from the terrible state of the app, you can tell that CBS just wants your money and doesn’t care about the user experience. If you can, watch your shows elsewhere. Worst of the worst when it comes to the major streaming apps. Baffling that they have 4.6 stars, because I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Also paramount, don’t bother replying to this with your trouble shooting guide or customer service line (@ your copy+paste response to every low review). I am a software engineer who keeps my iOS and apps updated so just take this feedback to heart and fix your very broken app. Update in 2026: still the buggiest streaming app on the market!! Paramount LOVES to push ads. They simply don’t care about the user experience. The worst features of this app/Paramount + in general: - if you REWIND past an ad spot they MAKE YOU WATCH THE ADS AGAIN - they sneak in an extra ad (min 3 ads) after the show is over before the credits and before their auto play logic kicks in. This effectively makes auto play a WORSE experience than other quality apps like Hulu - if you’re using the tiny mode screen while multitasking, and watch an ad, there are lots of bugs. When you come back to full screen the ad overlay is still there (blocking you from rewinding/fast forwarding). You have to stop the stream and restart it— but guess what you get dropped off right before the ad and have to watch it again!! Overall it is clear paramount doesn’t care about the user experience. They only care about their shareholders and profits from ads. It is companies like paramount that are ruining the greatness that streaming once was. also because of targeted advertising I get to watch at least 1 weight loss ad per ad; leading to watching like 5+ for a single 40 min show. It’s terrible that there’s no regulation or control on the type of ads you see and how frequently.

    Great to see EFL and Champions League etc, but I had to watch 7 commercials before and I already pay for the service, this is Sooo annoying because they are not even targeted ads so I’m not interested in anything they advertise. Lowering the review by one star because Paramount responded to my review and told me I could get a premium ad free service, which is what already had. So many commercials even on the the premium.
