Lyft

They charge you when you make a stop after THIRTY SECONDS GUYS!! I asked one of the drivers and he told me the charge after 5 minutes but no they charge me everytime after 30 second you can’t even get out a car and get inside in 30 seconds let alone do what you need to do or get what you need to get.

Love Lyft. Locally near my home or around the USA, Lyft is absolutely the best!! Drivers are great and pleasant. Cars are clean and close by when I order them. Lyft all the way!!!

I used to like Lyft until today. I had a man pick me up and when I strapped my seatbelt he starts going on about how I touched the other seatbelt. Which I didn’t, and even if I did why did he care? But I try to explain I just strapped my seatbelt in but he starts yelling saying I’m not listening and that I can’t understand him despite knowing English etc. -obviously not right in the head. I don’t argue and say I’ll get out and cancel it. I do and immediately report the driver for verbal harassment and feeling unsafe. I am in support chat as I request a new ride who is at first a different driver, but then it changes drivers and a couple minutes later the SAME MAN shows up trying to say oh I’m sorry and to get in. I tell him to leave and I am immediately messaging support more saying how could they do this when I already reported the driver and this is unacceptable etc when they stop replying. A few min later a new persons on support saying they’ll “I will ensure that we investigate this incident and take the appropriate actions.” then trying to get to agree that the case was resolved which I told them it will not be until this man has some sort of persecution for his actions. They even signed off with a “I truly wish you a blessed day along with your loved ones.”after I didn’t reply to their spammed messages to accept the problem was resolved. No apology at all, no ride credit, no coupon, NOTHING. Best yet is all of this happened in front of my house so this guy knows where I live. They say they don’t “store information” and obviously not but he was physically in my neighborhood and saw me run back to my house when I saw him again. If he wants to he can come back anytime. I took the trolley instead I felt so unsafe getting into another car with someone. I cannot say I feel safe using Lyft now that I know this is how safety issues are handled.
