  • Poor moderation

Terrible moderation of their comment sections on cards. Lots of trolling, poor-shaming, and political rabble. If Credit Karma can't bother to moderate even their comment sections, who knows what standards they have when providing any other information whatsoever?
  • Not a replacement of Mint

So this thing doesn’t really do the things that Mint was doing. Instead it offers to enable a location so I could get a “drive score”. Very funny, Intuit.

Mint data was migrated forcefully to Credit Karma. What I once enjoyed and valued is just not there. Thanks for nothing Intuit.

I came from mint. Mint told me they were moving my stuff to credit karma. This app is just a lot of ads for credit cards and loans. no monthly budgeting or tracking features that mint had. I guess it’s okay app if you just want to keep track of your credit score and debt. I felt misled because they made it seem like it would be mint 2.0 if I moved over :/

They are just trying to sell you debt and steal your information
  • Not a good Mint replacement

This app focuses on credit and selling you credit. Missing a lot of functionality Mint had including simple transaction listings for individual bank accounts and budgets.
  • Updating email

I like Credit Karma the only issue I have being able to update your information such as email through the app. I tried to do the chat but telling me I have to send my whole life documentation just to update my email. it’s a great app, but I should be able to update my email through the app just as I do with my first name or my last name or changing my address or anything else on the app I shouldn’t have to send in my Social Security information or my ID or issued ID or anything of that nature just update my email address. I think that should be something that should be into.
