    Called because my tickets to the dodgers game are not showing in my account. Customer service was extremely unhelpful. All directions to add dodgers ticket account to the app do not work. Email is verified but customer service was absolutely no help.

    Tried to transfer tickets to my family before the game, but it never arrived for them. Fortunately, I still had all of the tickets in my phone.

    App is trash. Slow. Clunky. Set up so parking purchase option can only occur after ticket purchase.

    app logged me out and now won’t let me log back in. every time i hit the get started button, just throws an error. tried deleting and reinstalling, same result. please fix!!!

    Everything from the interface, to the to ticket selection process, to the multi-factor verification process comes with delays, glitches, and a general sense that nobody intelligent was involved with the design of this app. I will literally attend fewer games because of the MLB Ballpark app. At least it’s on-brand for Manfred’s league. Just absolute garbage.

    No refund, no new ticket for another game, just your money AND ticket are gone, poof. My kid said yo mlb is a scam fr. 8 tickets for a cancelled game, I’m out $500.
