    Keeps asking me to verify my email, but then says an error in the app that it can’t send the email and try again later. Now I can’t get to my event because I can’t show proof of my tickets

    Yes, I want my tickets to be secure. I did verify my account multiple times and it shows that I have purchased the tickets - but I can not access the tickets I need to verify my email address for the tenth time. You need better people working on your app security.

    I have an older Apple, so the current version is not compatible with my phone. The Apple store allows me to download an earlier compatible version, but when I try to log in, it locks my screen with an update prompt. This app is now the only way I am able to access tickets based on MLB’s phone ticket only rules, and I can’t access my tickets on this garbage app. What is a workaround?

    The app doesn’t allow me to purchase tickets on the iPhone. It doesn’t respond at all when I touch on the game I want to purchase.
