    I’ve used the app in the past with no issues on my iPhone 10s, but now it’s saying I need to update the app to retrieve my recently bought tickets. I can’t update the app because I have an older phone that won’t accept the update. So now what? I bought tickets that I can’t access without buying a new phone even though I have zero issues with any of the other apps I use on a daily basis.

    I can’t find the parking ticket I just purchased. Takes me to the game link. Talk to Amazon on how to simplify.

    I got the app to try to buy tickets and I can’t see the schedule for any team. The tab that says “full schedule or home games” is blank, never loads up the page to buy the tickets. Never had a good experience with this app on either iOS or Android

    Thanks for making my tickets unreachable. My mobile device doesn’t update to version 16 so now what do I do? MLB doesn’t care about their fans just the $$$$

    had trouble cancelling forwarding and recalling tickets. they showed an error message multiple times and prompted me to contact customer service 😕
