Maps me helps me a lot to navigate through the mighty Rupununi Guyana. I love this app

I love having maps software that doesn’t rely on the Internet but that can work offline. The search and navigation functionality are limited.

This App helps me find my way around when I’m traveling all over the world. I feel so much more confident without needing data or WiFi

Excellent for navigation when you want to limit data usage on your cellular plan. But the latest update has too many annoying pop-ups trying to get you to upgrade.

Fast, accurate

Great app for Iraq

I usually will use google maps for walking navigation or Apple Maps for driving. However, when traveling in foreign countries and walking through busy markets or crowded streets that twist and turn, maps.me has never failed to provide accurate navigation to wherever I needed. Their walking navigation is particularly good since it provides directions without wifi. Googles downloaded maps are great but only provides driving directions which can get tricky to follow if walking through a bazar or some street market. Highly recommend
