    Bad user experience, charges your card before confirming the order, gouges on administrative fees. No refunds, even if card is charged without delivery of tickets. This monopoly deserves to be dissolved.

    I tried for 3 days in a row to buy tickets of a hockey game coming up soon. Ticketmaster has an issue everytime to buy tickets doesn’t matter the seat. Ended up going to seatgeek and first try for tickets. They ended up being cheaper on there to so I will not be using there services again.

    Fees are ridiculous and every single person that has ever bought from this platform agrees. Unfortunate they control the market and artists and fans are forced to buy into it. Shame on Ticketmaster for being such a sore winner in the eye’s literally everyone in society.

  • My Events tickets will not work

    I bought three tickets online, and I am trying to view them in the Ticketmaster app. The app locks up, freezes, and never pulls up the tickets. I am glad I discovered this before I stood in line at the event like a schmuck who didn’t know how to work a phone. I installed the latest IOS, 18.3. I deleted and reinstalled the app. It will not work. I researched this problem, and apparently, many others have this problem, for quite some time now. The only way I found to get my tickets was to go to my account on Safari, then transfer to my wallet. Bottom line, the only thing I need this app to do, will not work. Horrible.

  • Does not honor notification toggle

    The app is fine and accomplishes the bare minimum it’s meant to achieve. Ticketmaster however has made the decision to use notifications to sell tickets. They will send occasional alerts about events they deem you will want to attend. There is no way to opt out of this specific type of marketing but the app does contain a toggle for notifications in the account tab. Unfortunately the app continues sending marketing notifications even with this toggle disabled. They simply do not honor the toggle. Therefore the only solution is to disable notifications for the app in your system settings. It is an ugly business practice to abuse notifications for marketing.
