    I went to a venue and paid in cash they told me there was a handlers fee because even though I was at the venue in person paying with cash Ticketmaster had monopolized this particular venue where you had to go through this service. I winded up paying roughly 20-30% more for my ticket even though I was there in person. Edit: I can’t even open up an event to buy a ticket it just shows a blank screen. I guarantee you it’s because I have third party blockers off aka they can’t steal and sell my information so the app won’t even work. None of the venues will open and I have now missed multiple okc Thunder games. Fix your app it’s literally the only way to get tickets because you have monopolized the ticket system and your app won’t work and your online won’t work. I assume it’s because my phone is set up so websites and apps can’t sell my information without my consent but literally everything else works on my phone. This has gone on for weeks now this is very upsetting.

    In 2025, requiring an app to access purchased tickets but then glitches out when you try to transfer tickets is embarrassing. I can’t add a recipient because they’re already in my saved recipients list, but I can’t find that saved list anywhere. Do much better.

    As always the site is confusing and managing tickets is a pain but the worst is always the fees. Not sure why the blackhawks tarnish their image working with such a company as this. HATE TICKETMASTER and one day the blackhawks will realize that that is why they cannot fill the arena

    I tried to purchase tickets ($1200) worth and when clicking on the purchase button, I received an error, but my credit card was charged. It nearly impossible to talk to a person to reverse the charge
