    Not being able to update my phone number via customer service is fraud! You didn’t ask me for a phone number when you took my money, but now you need to verify and OLD phone number in order to update my new number?? Even after I have verified everything else. And then you have the AUDACITY to say you have zero tolerance for abuse when your CSRs are some of the RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

    during the purchase of my tickets I got a pop-up saying I was blocked from using the site. Very weird but thereafter I was directed to complete the payment.

    Purchasing tickets at Ticketmaster is a kin to pulling teeth. Continually logged you out after you’ve already logged in.

    This is the worst experience and the worst app I have ever used. It logs me out all the freaking time. And asks me to log in. And every time I try to log in it tells me my password is not correct. And then I constantly have reset my password. It is such a painful experience and terrible design too.

    Took my family to Paul McCartney show at Coors Field. The seats were obstructed. Couldn't see the majority of the band and could only see Paul when he came to the end of the stage. TM refused to make any concession. No where on the tix did it say obstructed view. Not only am I out over $1000 but my family missed an opportunity to truly experience the greatest artist of our time. TM even lied and said they contacted me via email with the news that they would not honor my request to make thing right. No such email was ever sent. I thought they were reputable but clearly they're not. If anyone has had a similar experience I have contacted an attorney that has interest in taking on a class action suit. I have given this company over $100k in ticket revenue over the past 25 years, this was the only ask I've ever had and they chosen to be dishonorable. I will go out of may to avoid using them in the future. A big, well resourced company with monopolistic advantages refuses to honor their own policies. Shame on you TM!

    No matter what card i use or what payment method it will not work. I have entered my information correctly about 10-15 times bow (not exaggerating.) and it takes me immediately to a safari “error” page. I need these tickets for a present for someone but i simply have no other way of getting them except for this which will not work no matter what i try. If i could give it 0 stars i would. If i could erase it from existence for wasting space and time and being an inconvenience, i would. Absolutely useless and incapable of fixing bugs.

    It’s so awesome that this garbage company has a total monopoly on ticket sales but is just too lazy to actually make a working service. Time to push for anti-trust regulation on this nonsense.
