  • Very confusing app

Nothing like navigating traffic in Europe, very confusing and hard to understand, lived in Cincy for 10+ years and decided to take the first bus ride to downtown less than 20 minutes away. App is very confusing. It shows bus 11 but then 37 in another place with need to make connections.

They make you upgrade to premium to see the full green route. Not worth it for just visiting the area. Useless app. Times are off as well. If you are just visiting the area. Don’t bother with this app.

I don’t know if “Arrive At”mean i should arrive at the trolley stop, or if it means i will arrive at my destination at the time indicated
  • Glitchy

I find it often giving a schedule and then 20 minutes later changing its mind. A trip that was supposed to take an hour turns into 1:45! Going to the actual CT Transit website displays the actual expected times. While not “real time” I’m not bothered by a bus being a few minutes late. And yes, the trip takes 1:07 like originally planned.

This app does not recognizing bus routes as well as it claims to. It’s better to just type in the address of where you’re headed and then find the right bus. Otherwise it will suggest you’re on the wrong side of the street when you’re actually on the correct side of the street. Maybe it’s a location problem I don’t know.

  • Bus app

The bus app tell you many buses are coming and they don’t actually come. Many bus drivers don’t even let you on and will drive past you when it comes. I have been waiting outside for so long more than once just for the bus to not come or it is to packed to get on. The bus app also lie about that and will say that it is crowded when it is not ands say it is not crowded when it is. This app is just a lie and is so misleading.
