  • Pretty good, but could use a couple of tweaks…

The calendar needs a couple of small things…when an edit is performed, it would be fantastic if in the history of the change, it would show what the change actually was. With high conflict exes, they act like you have committed a felony by updating a time or an address. (Or even just a color change to the area that was edited.)

    Nice to have
  • Always Glitchy

How is it that the obvious glitches don’t get fixed. I still cannot add an event or appointment with the calendar because that option is hidden and I cannot scroll to unhide it. It is annoying to go to the website on my PC anytime I need to make an update. The overall app has always been clunky at best, but it is more and more becoming unusable.
  • Notifications

It’s an ok app, but there should be notifications when the co-parent reads a message! Also send reminders to messages that require an answer! The biggest problem I have is my co-parent does not respond to messages in a timely manor it takes her 5-6 days sometimes! Payment for the app should be split between parents WITHOUT doubling the price now!
  • Hot Garbage

This app is absolute trash. The UI is horrible. The worst part; they have an agreement with courts, so you are forced to pay for this garbage app. Please, developers, start over. What you have here is hardly functional, and it is 100% robbery. If I’m being forced to use an app, I’d rather it be one that doesn’t look like a toddler created it. Serious trash app here. If you have a choice, avoid it.
  • Horrific, but frequently mandated

Presumably app was intended to tame “high-conflict parents” (aka, one parent has a personality disorder). Unfortunately, it only encourages the disordered parent to “get in first”, and literally fill the calendar up with “events”. Push updates have no detail or link, so unless you log in and hunt-and-peck around each time, your ex will create absolute chaos, with full cover from the court. **Developers: events, finances, etc should always remain in a *PROPOSED* state until confirmed/DISPUTED.

This is no better than family court and you get pimped out for money. What a trashy app
  • Unusable in app

Many of the changes to default features need to be made on the website and doesn’t work in the app! Why is that?? The app is practically useless except for texting. I couldn’t add my additional children to create new categories for expenses or update existing default category percentages. Useless.
  • Dated, broken posh notifications.

Very dated and clunky app. No threading for messages and push notifications do not work for third party accounts making it basically impossible if new partners are to be involved in comms.
  • Can’t even make an account

When I go to make an account, it says hey, “we recognize you” “we have sent you an email, check it” and no emails in any folder. Been on hold for 13 minutes now on a Friday afternoon to get a hold of support, trash
