Edit: TACO BELL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! HUGE price increases across the country, the value menu is no longer economical, you’re just eating ovepriced junk food. Save yourself some money and go buy pre-made food from the grocery store for a fraction of the cost of eating at Taco Bell’s “cravings” menu. They used to have a regular cravings box that cost $5, it included four items and a medium drink. Then they scrapped it so you had to pay $8 for the same thing, or $5 for a box with one less item. Now they jacked up the price to $7 as of today for the least expensive box with less entrees than the one you could get a year ago for $5. Huge drop in value in such a short time. Now there is only an error when ordering with mobile: “Uh Oh! This store has closed. Want to choose a new location? Price and availability may change.” The store is open, nothing has changed. I can order just fine when I order online, it’s only an error with the app. I CANNOT use the app for ordering anymore. Literally a useless app.

Could not sign up. Says Error. :/ went to a local food truck instead. Found some good birria tho so that’s a plus!

Has Taco Bell ever heard about using tracking of where you at so you can order at the closest Taco Bell. I was literally sitting in the parking lot of Taco Bell put in a quick order but yet it went to the last Taco Bell. I was at which was almost 40 miles away. I didn’t catch it.

I love this app but it won’t update on my phone anymore. Unfortunately, I can not use it or receive my rewards. 😔

This app keeps either pausing my music or lowering it. The stupid videos that play on the landing page, the order history, the stupid bell when I confirm an order. Stop. Messing. With. My. Music. Find another way to play sound or don't play sound at all.

STOP TAKING AWAY THE NACHO FRIES. 💔

I'm tired of having to login every time I decide to use this app. Nice, when it works. None of the other food apps make me log back in this often.

Also bring back nacho fries PERMANENTLY or the one star isn’t going away

For over 6 months every time I try and order from the app it charges my card but says there's an issue with my payment. And I have to wait days to get a refund back to my card. One time I didn't realize it was charging my card anyway and tried to push the order through 6x and had $80 worth of charges that I had to wait 5-7 days to get back. This is ridiculous fix the app already! Oh and there's no way to call support and when I did finally find an email to contact. No response ever!
