    Instead of picking the Taco Bell that’s right next door to me the app decided instead to set my nearest location to a Taco Bell located 35+ minutes away from me. I was unable to get my food or a refund for my order

    I am a Taco Bell fan. But orders do NOT go through on this app. It said it went through and then I went and it DIDNT. so I had to order in person instead and it was 5 extra dollars. You robbed me of 5 dollars. Shame.

    The app is super buggy, sometimes won’t even let me check out. Also the rewards won’t load. I cannot use or even see my rewards that I’ve spent months getting. What’s the point of advertising them if I can’t use them?
