  • Broken and laggy app.

    I can no longer log in through Apple. It just tells me to try again latter. So I can no longer use the rewards. The app also just suffers from being really slow and laggy. A lot of work needs to be done to make this app experience as competitive with what else is on the market.

    Store messes up order and then says only app support can correct it. App support only provides a coupon for my next purchase. Took my money without providing the product

    NEVER use the app. It is way slower than just using the kiosk or drive-thru. I submit an order and ended up waiting 30 minutes via the app

    I was so excited to get to a new rewards tier as the first one is a waste that only drags you into the store. Only once i got there, nothing changed. Reached out to support and they told me i was only 4/5 of the way there. Asked them to fix it and they sent a text book response to uninstall and clear cache with no remorse or compensation for the struggle. (I’ll uninstall, but nothing else.) What a waste.

    I’ve put in an order for delivery and the driver they assigned had a fake number and I couldn’t use to contact them and then take a photo of my food being “delivered” and took my food and when I tried to get contact with customer service for a refund they refused to answer and issued no refund im pregnant and was having a horrible night and all I wanted was my Taco Bell 😤 not happy at all

    I don’t how many times I have deleted and reinstalled this app but the menu does not pop up no matter how many times I redo it! It use to work but idk. Garbage.

    Don’t bother using the delivery option. They’ll bring your order 2hrs later and it’ll be wrong. When you try to get your money back they won’t send it
