Update: If I don’t use the app for a week or so, it logs me out. Instead of a username and password, it makes you wait for an email. I’ll open the app about 3 minutes before I arrive at the restaurant and I can arrive, order in person and get my food before I can go through all of the process of entering my email, go to my email, find the email, get the code, enter the code, and placing the order. It has gotten to the point that if I open the app and it has logged me out, I just go to one of the restaurants next door to it. I use restaurant apps CONSTANTLY. Paying with this one is extremely difficult. Before it would let me use Apple Pay, I had to enter a credit/debit card in the app. It didn’t tell me I had to do this, but after I got frustrated trying to pay with Apple Pay and it just sitting there as though I had not tapped a thing, I entered my card info. After that, it allowed me to choose Apple Pay. When I have gone to pay since, I have to choose the card I entered, cancel, THEN choose Apple Pay and it works. It’s as though the button is “stuck.” Also have to log in every other time I open the app. It doesn’t keep me logged in.

Any time ive tried to create an account on this app it just says error try again later.

Workers never know i’m waiting for food after submitting order through app for in-store pick up. I always have to ask where my food is at only for the employees to start working on my order after i ask. Every. Single. Time.

please bring back the tostada. you have all the ingredients to make it but it’s not on the menu to order. corn shell, beans, red sauce, lettuce, and cheese. so simple. when you had them, i came almost every day to get one or two. breakfast, lunch, dinner, they are perfect any time.

This is the only fast food app that doesn’t verify what location you are ordering from before submitting your order. It tells you after paying what location it is. Granted you should double check. However, if you call the location, they tell you it will credit back after 24 hours but never does. If you go to help on the app and tell them what happened they never respond so your money you just gone. Obviously they never read the help forms you submit. Wonder how much money they make a year off this?

If you consistently order the same few things, the app is great. It also lets you customize your order. The only problem and it’s a big one, there is no way to order a bottle of water with a meal.

Yall have by far the worst food ordering app I’ve ever seen. I’ve lost so much money in messed up orders. At least DoorDash and uber eats actually give you your money back when the employees almost exclusively don’t get your order right. Three times I’ve contacted you though the app and guess what happens….. absolutely nothing. No email, no phone call, no text…..no anything besides collecting money for a job terribly done. DO MOT USE THID APP UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY IN THE GARBAGE. Which coincidentally is where the food comes from.

Every time I open the app it tries to play sounds or music, stopping any content playing on my phone. Extremely annoying, please take all of the pointless garbage sounds off the app.

Please give the option to turn off marketing notifications. I received 5 in a day related to marketing and I disabled all notifications.
