Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

Sometimes this app fails in purchasing. And gives you no error. Just an uh-oh. And when this occurs you can’t make the purchase even with other payment methods. And when this happens you get refunded but you lose your rewards that you tried to use during the transactions. This app is in desperate need of some exception handling.

Does not check to see if the Taco Bell you are ordering from is a realistic distance, now I have to drive to Ohio for my Crunchwrap.

App worked perfectly fine. Now I’m required to update my iOS to a version I can’t update to making this app unusable now. Del Taco it is from now on. Byeeeee

App is a mess. Locks you out before check out. Cannot process orders frequently enough that me and my android user husband just deleted it altogether. Extremely bad experience over multiple months. Just get a different restaurant’s food at that point tbh.

I’ve had many orders with issues. I’ve reached out to support for various refunds for missing items and I’ve never once heard back. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. Taco Bell owes me somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 in missing drinks.

I have been using this app for the last few years and it USED to be amazing BEFORE this new update as of April 2024 - which is terrible. I almost don’t even want to order from Taco Bell anymore. Whoever designed this new app did NOT double check anything and should be fired. When you choose multiple quantity of anything it does not show the quantities you added inside your cart! I was placing a very large order and I had to do math in my head to figure out how many I had added to the cart … and they also changed the prices to be much more expensive which made it even more confusing to figure out!!! On this new update quantity only shows for each item AFTER you already paid!!! So if you made a mistake it’s too late! Secondly, when your order is finished now the app no longer rings a bell or alerts you. I was waiting and waiting and my order was already done and I did not know - so when I asked about it - it was really cold. And also the dummies who created this new app update didn’t even bother to check to look at the app update themselves; Because when you go to the rewards page there’s literally text over text and you cannot even read it. I feel like I’m being scammed without seeing the quantity before I pay. I’m a web developer, and if I’m uncomfortable to use this app now, I know other people are going to be afraid to place an order. It took me three times longer to place an order. Taco bell forced this update on my phone, and now I’m probably never going to shop at Taco Bell anymore. You guys ruined a really good app. Plus now your prices are ridiculous. The chicken/ power bowl used to be around six dollars and now it is almost 11 bucks. I used to order Taco Bell several times a month for my family, now you’ll be lucky if I ever order maybe once every six months now. You ruined a good thing. Too bad for you. I will make tacos at home more often!

They WILL take your money and your reward. They'll say you earned points but they'll take those away when your order just mysteriously disappears. NO it won't be canceled, it will just randomly disappear. You also won't have anyone to call or chat with about this unless you want to start beef with Taco Bell on Twitter. So if you want to just give Taco Bell free money this is the app for you! But if you want the FOOD YOU ORDERED this isn't the right place to do that.

A little sad that after a year or two of loyalty to Taco Bell and building points with them through receipts I was finally cut off the other day. Now there is a cap on how many receipts I’m allowed to scan within an allotted time. However, they refuse to give me a time when I can continue to scan receipts or a number of receipts that are typically allowed within a week or month. I’m poor so I pretty much rely on the free item when I have no food. Either allow me to scan as many receipts as I’d like and enjoy my free item that was paid for with the outrageous prices of previously bought food or at least be transparent about the scanning process in general. There was also no warning beforehand that i would only be allowed to scan a certain amount of receipts form now on.

Again I was logged out and it will not sign in from the email link. So frustrating

The app is super glitchy doesn’t show confirmation of purchase. My debit card was charged twice but no money came out. Just a pending post to my account. However Taco Bell app doesn’t show any purchase made… uh so thanks ? Second time… deleting app as of now..
