This has been the most unenjoyable app ever. Every time I tried to add a contact, the app would freeze. The “contact customer support” link takes you to FAQs and there is no option to chat or email or call any “support. Trust me- find another way to send invitations

This app is terrible. The website is terrible. The support options are fantastic. Just kidding the support options are worse than terrible. Delete this app. Never use it. The software is impossible. You cannot actually co-host anything. The links are broken. The support ignores you. The phone verification is a dead space that cannot verify anything except for how terrible this app is. The developer should be ashamed of this app.

    Too many glitches.
  • Beware of overcharge

To send invitations it costs coins. I purchased 125 coins for $28. Although, the app charged me a total of $51. $50 is the price of 300 coins. I only got 125 coins.

Love PaperlessPost! It’s been so fun to add flair to all my invitations!
  • Regret not using Evite

It is not user friendly and some of my invitees ignored it at first. The event reminder email mysteriously changed the time of my event one hour later. My daughter having the baby shower noticed it thankfully so I sent out another group text. I will never use Paperless again

I have used paperless post for while for the past 2-3 years. Some little things in editing on mobile was a little glitchy but overall a decent price for digital invites. However just this year they doubled the pricing and that is a significant increase. I think I will start looking elsewhere for an alternative. It was great up to that point since it is a digital invite with no costs on paper. I would understand if it was.
  • Good functionality, terrible interface

I really appreciate that PaperlessPost allows us to pay for services rather than monetize them with ads. This is great! However, the interface is needlessly complex to a point of being difficult to use.
