  • Lost All My Points

The update kicked me out of my account that I’ve been using for YEARS. When I sign back in, ALL of my points are gone. They are saying even my lifetime points are zero as if I’m brand new but they still kept my name and other info. I’m so mad that at this point, I don’t even want to use the app at all anymore. You use us to sell our private data for profit but then you’re so cheap you won’t even give us the few benefits we’ve earned.

  • Good App, Needs some Improvement

Overall I’ve really liked the app. It’s fast, easy to understand, and I haven’t had any issues with saving my preferences. My only complaint is that I really wish there was a ‘can’t find you’ button on the employees’ end. People tend to park in the curbside pickup spots at my location and the parking lot itself is not very spacious so I had to park a little further out (not insanely far, just in the next lot over). Eventually I went inside to grab my order and understand I was hard to locate, I just feel it could be useful to increase communication.

It’s not possible to just “view the menu” to look at it. You have to choose a restaurant, a time, pick up method, and all I need is to look at the menu before I order in person or in the drive thru. You also seem to need to spend $50-$100 in order to get $5 worth of rewards, other fast food restaurants have a significantly higher return rate. I would assume it’s not a difficult ask to want to see the menu without confirming a pick up time. I also don’t eat here often any more due to the lack of rewards

They shouldn’t let you order breakfast at 10:25 if they won’t make it for you when you arrive at 10:35

Trash app - can’t Apple Pay and it’s 2025 for god’s sake. The app reloads catering over and over and if you don’t have an account and try to schedule catering it will reset you back to screen one. This is the last time our hospital uses Chick Fil A. New rule is we can purchase food from anywhere except CFA because of how poor the catering process is.
