  • New update really took a lot of good away

I have used one drive at work for years. It was my favorite. I constantly have to scan documents in the field and upload them to files etc. this last update really took the ease of use of that specific function and made it irritating at best. I’ve been so disappointed. I would look for alternatives because it bothers me so much but my employer pays for it and I don’t have any other options.
  • Removed important functions

Literally you can no longer name a file you’re scanning before saving it. Why remove this function? I expect more from such a large and rich corporation. Disappointing.
  • Garbage

UI update ruined the app. Buggy, slow, clunky. They should be ashamed to have out this out. The rating for this app is deceptive. No one (at least, people who know better) likes it, yet the previous reviews fool users into thinking it’s decent.
  • Update broke the app

Wish I could critique the new interface but the new app won’t even sync my files anymore. Endless loading screen won’t even show me the files I know are there.
  • Sharing Features Broken

Cannot share files the way we used to be able to. Does not work properly. Gives errors when accessing via a shared URL.
  • What is OneDrive without file syncing

Latest update renders app unusable for offline file syncing. What kind of product testing is (or isn’t) happening in the release cycle - come on Microsoft, how can you break the core functionality?
  • Getting Worse

Whenever I try to access folders, they’re missing. I typically have to use the search feature before they will appear. The only solution I found is to delete and reinstall the app. I do this about once a month.
  • Multiple like images

Double and sometimes, triple or more like images are saved on this app. I could delete images for days and still not eliminate everything that is duplicated. What a waste of time and space.
  • Scanning does not work anymore

Worked great and stopped working 2-3 weeks ago. When saving a scan it has a hard coded name that is picked from my file list and does not let it change.i have reported it multiple times on the app and absolutely no reaction. The handling of problems / bugs is in effective. And it should not have stopped working.
  • Stunningly bad engineering: Classic Microsoft.

Constant crashes. And I mean constant. I would be surprised if I’ve ever had the app open longer than five minutes in its current version. Can’t play GIFs. That’s table stakes functionality for like 2015. Tons of functionality removed from previous versions. Boneheaded user experience with egregious issues like dead ends and unclear paths. This app is quintessential modern Microsoft: garbage.
