  • Great app, but

C’mon OneDrive app team, how have you still not prioritized the ‘favorites’ feature??? The one thing I can’t stand about this app is that I have to navigate my folder structure to access frequently used folders and files… EACH TIME I USE THE APP. C’mon already (SMH).

the files aren’t properly synced to the app, different from what’s on the web version. the app is updated to latest and has been reopened/refreshed multiple times, still showing days-late stuff. my newly synced files never show up. absolutely unreliable and horrible user experience
  • Always a challenge to get this to sync.

Every time I try to run this, it has difficulty sinking and takes a tremendous amount of my personal time. Very annoying. Always.

This app helps make iPad a laptop replacement. However without the copy and paste functionality, it's an absolute pain to do file management. Please add this feature ASAP.

Microsoft Apps all have great advantages to use with any device I use Microsoft as a trusted and beneficial source for all my needs.
  • Slow, uploads take minutes to hours

I don’t know what Microsoft did, but uploading pictures and movies takes forever now. It used to take seconds and nothing on my side has changed. I ran a Speedtest, and I have the maximum speed possible, plus no other app has this problem, just OneDrive.

Never works! Always loading and then crashing even when updated.
  • Camera upload broken

Used the camera upload feature for many years without issue, then yesterday it decided it was going to reupload my entire iCloud Photo Library again out of the blue. The best part is it skipped 95% of my proraw/dng files for whatever reason. As a test, I got the behavior to repeat (upload my entire library again) except this time it skipped over random photo from 2023. If it’s going to miss random files, then I can no longer rely on it to backup my photo library outside of iCloud.

Issues uploading to shared folder. Add button is missing half the time on the mobile app. Searched resolutions and said try using desktop.
