  • Sync bugs

Have had many issues with proper sync’ing and display of the app in 2 separate phones. Ex.: I just scanned a document and the file would not show in the folder for over 5mins. After I deleted the app and reinstalled, the file appeared. Computer files that showed fully sync’ed - including via browser app - would not appear until the app was deleted and re-installed. Such a shame. Will likely go back to Dropbox.

Microsoft- for the company you are you can do SO MUCH BETTER. Google drive is so much more efficient. I transferred photos from several trips on my computer to my onedrive and onedrive put the photos out of order… I am searching screenshots to delete screenshots I’m the drive, it doesn’t understand the search term “screenshots” but google drive does understand it. I am selecting photos now to delete and it’s so slow at selecting what I’m clicking. Now my phone (iPhone 15) is overheating because of it. Google drive is so much better but I’m only using this because the extra storage is part of a family plan I was offered to be on it.

This newest update has completely ruined the app and is making it impossible to complete my work and is refusing to connect to my laptop’s information despite proper connectivity. I am livid.

After years, it still constantly stays out of sync and the only way to resync is to sign out and back in. MS obviously cares nothing about this app, so neither should we.

Leave it to Microsoft to ruin their best product. The iOS app is terrible now and so chaotic it isn’t even funny. Nothing is in a logical place and a goldfish could have designed a better UI. It’s so bad I’d rather pay twice as much and use Dropbox.
