  • Sync Issues

This app is decent, when it is working it works well. However i end up having to delete and reinstall this app like once a week to force it to sync, definitely have to if I haven’t opened the app in a while. My theory is it get so behind on syncing, my drive and my organizations Sharepoint that when you open it after a period of time it does not know that to do, so it just does not sync anything. Luckily deleting and reinstalling the app fixes this issue. If there is a better solution to this please let me know, i would like to share it with others in my organization, because we are all having this problem. I am aware of the pulling down from the top but that doesn’t work. Also i would love to use the Sharepoint app for Sharepoint but it seems that product is at EOL because it is outdated and often struggles as well
  • World’s LEAST INTUITIVE App Award!! 🏆

Robust, Privacy Invading, and Completely Unintuitive!! Least user friendly app from any major software company. It’s not apparent how to use ANY screen in the app. And Micro$oft is foisting it on users at every turn … because it wants your DATA. 🤮

  • Terrible App

Every time I try to access any files on the app, I get an error message that says: "The File Can't Be Displayed". This is the case with every single file. I then have to use the browser on my phone to log into the web version, which negates the use of the app.
  • Poderia simplificar muita coisa

  • Stop breaking it

Update: still broken. Still can’t view video in full screen. Button is there doesn’t do anything. Fix it. iPhone user because I’m able to video and zoom in on videos in the OneDrive app for iOS. Something that doesn’t work on android. No you broke that one feature. Why? Fix it. Fire everyone who thinks they need to constantly change stuff. The app worked. It did what it was supposed to do. Leave it alone. I’ll wait a week and then find another app and cancel my yearly subscription that I pay good money for.
  • Needs Improvement

This app has a long way to go to be an efficient file management app. For starters, can you please just make a way to “return home” from any level in the file structure without having to hit the back button over and over to return to the root directory? That would be a huge improvement.
