    Have had issues logging in to our account since January 14. Have sent many requests for help with no useful response.

    For the most part I like the app. I would like you to bring back the daily local pro sports schedule. It is also annoying that the comment section isn’t available anymore.

    No local weather reporting, none, not even during a snow storm. Not even the current temperature. No way to go to specific teams or specific sports, there’s only a generic sports section and the current articles they happen to have posted. Can’t check box scores or standings to the games, teams or leagues you want. Search function literally just pulls up random articles that have nothing to do with what you entered. Sometimes, despite being logged into my subscription on the app, the linked article will require me to sign in again. Why? Embedded videos often fail to play. Reader comments are completely missing. You can keep scrolling and the same articles keep appearing in the feed, over and over. This is all very unfortunate because the StarTribune is a good paper and I want to support good, independent local journalism.

  • Bad layout

    Last week you forced another “log-In” prcedure and it changed the layout to what appears to be what it would look like if I was using your “app” on my iPad. I have been using the browser layout and the new layout is horrible. You cant search, I cant find the weather page anymore, I cant choose what section I want to look at individually, they are all mixed together. Its horrible. It seems my only option is to sit in my office on my MS PC, which I dont want to do, so thanks, no thanks. Is ther anyway I can get back to where the page layout worked?

    Print doesn’t work on an I Pad correctly. Every time my iPad times out, I have to go back to the beginning because the page resets.

    This is more a complaint of the star trib online experience than the app. We have a prepaid subscription. When we log in on either the app or the website we don’t have access to anything. When you call to fix it you are on hold forever. When you ask for online help you don’t get a response other than change your password. I guess it’s back to the pioneer press!
