    Paid $12.99 to watch a month of B1G hoops. Used my iPhone to download the iOS app, created my account (same userID as my AppleID), used a strong password. Got logged in. Bought the subscription via Apple Store. AppleCard was charged $12.99. Received the email from Apple that my subscription was active. Went back into the iPhone B1G+ app. “You have no active subscriptions”. Clicked “Restore Purchase”. Error: “psp-owned-by-another-user”. Logged out. Created a NEW account. Different email. Subscribed again. $12.99. Went to www.bigtenplus.com and logged in with the “new” userID. “You have no active subscriptions”. And I’m out $26. Quality work, B1G+. Email me. I’m a mobile app developer for Deloitte. I’ll fix your horrendous app.

    Bought a monthly subscription for Big 10+, but the app won’t let me access anything and says that I haven’t purchased one. Then when I go to add the subscription again it says that I have already bought the subscription.

    You serious? Espn+ costs $12 a month! This app has terrible design and infrastructure and they are charging just as much as Espn?! Who also has terrible app design but that is besides the point.

    You guys have the absolute worst technical application possible. HORRIBLE login, PATHETIC sign up for services, when I’m TRYING to GIVE YOU MONEY! Unbelievable

    Save your money, as many have stated I paid and could never get on the app. The AI assistant was terrible and did nothing. Got to the e-mail and that was equally useless. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

    I downloaded the app creating an account and tried to login to watch something. I paid the annual subscription and it says that I have to subscribe every single time. What is the point this app does not work and I can’t watch anything but I’ve paid for it that’s a complete and total rip off and a scam. We’re talking Big Ten schools. do better.

    Every year, all year, we watch college sports. Today, basketball kicks off and I can’t watch anything. It shows the lock and says subscribe. I click subscribe and surprise, it says you’re already subscribed. I know, because it’s in my Apple subscriptions on my phone. Neither the app on Apple TV or my phone are working. I can watch a game from earlier, but forget about live. What a waste of time and money. Don’t worry, I’ll still pay for it.

  • Difficult to find what you pay for

    Got this for volleyball because everything is supposed to stream there live but the app rarely has it live but I can watch it on the channel on YouTube TV. The search doesn't show results for videos that are on there so sometimes I'm scrolling for 10+ minutes to find what I need or I just don't find it at all. It's a pricey subscription for all that
