  • Amateur Hour

Camera work and announcers are terrible. Was watching UCLA Maryland gymnastics match. The female announcer was a diva and only gave back handed compliments. Even with the teams taking turns, they kept missing live action. As for the app, most video apps have a mini player so you can watch and use a different app. Not this app.

You’re not making all of the events viewable
  • Do not buy a subscription for this product under any circumstances.

I paid for a subscription in the app via iOS. The subscription is active and the money has been taken. It does not allow the user to restore the purchase in the app, despite buying the subscription directly inside the app. Support does not exist outside of a chat bot that just creates a support ticket that is not responded to. If you pay for anything in the app, you will not receive what you pay for. And your reward is getting no assistance. Want to watch your favorite B1G team? Too bad. Pay them and get nothing.
  • Access Restricted

Buyer beware… I subscribed via iPhone while logged into my B1G+ account to watch the Michigan State vs. Michigan Hockey game and even with forking up $12.99 my access was still restricted. I have since put a ticket in but it’s just ridiculous you pay and still don’t get to see the content you paid for… not to mention the announcers calling the games are amateur at best 👎
  • Total scam!

I have been trying to unsubscribe for over a year. I’m getting charged like $12.95 a month and I don’t have any access. I’m not able to cancel and I believe this is just a way to keep your auto renewal going. I’ve tried everything and they won’t unsubscribe me. It’s an out of United States company and they are just raking in money from people that they don’t allow to cancel.
  • App crashing

App consistently crashes when trying to select a school name in drop down for classic games
  • Horrible app and value for money

It’s one thing to charge a somewhat ridiculous price for your app. But the fact that there’s no option to even save games ahead of time and watch them even on a slight delay until the entire broadcast has ended? Ridiculous. Peacock costs half the price and can do this. The app is buggy and requires constant re-signing in on both iPhone and TV. The app designers should be ashamed of themselves.
  • Should be reported to the BBB and put out of business

This company doesn’t care about the consumer (Me and You) whatsoever, just read all the reviews of the same on going issues. Someone from the team will just write a cute “We apologize” response and never fix any of the issues. Very limited library and trying to rewatch a game if you miss it is impossible. For instance, Iowa at Illinois, January 9th 2025. When you select that specific game it literally glitches out, taking you to four other games that you don’t wanna watch. Not worth the money at all. I will definitely be canceling this trash at the end of the month and hope many more do as well. Go home B1G+, you’re drunk!

This is the high school a/v club of quality. The announcers are terrible. The camera angles are terrible. If you want to be a paid service, then provide quality. If you want to keep this mediocre nonsense up, make it free.

I don’t like that you have to pay for the big 10+. I wish it was free.
