    I can only watch one episode before the app will stop working on my tv and if i try to cast the app from my phone to the tv it will start flashing error after watching one episode through casting it. Why do we pay for an app that only allows you to watch one thing before messing up. This is why i cancelled this app last year. I was hoping it was fixed by now.
  • Frustrating needs update

    The app constantly needs to be refreshed because it will not load and almost every time it’s opened on the tv it logs me out and requires me to log back in. Glitchy and over all just so disappointing especially because it’s paid. Even the website on a Mac is terrible constantly needing a refresh and logging out. Please fix the issues.
  • Needs Improvement

    I love Hallmark but this app needs improvement. The user interface is horrible. I am having to search for shows I want to watch, I added some to my watchlist but I couldn’t find it. Eventually found it but it should be on the Home Screen. For the past few days the app plays for about 10 minutes and then crashes. I updated my iPad, checked for app updates, restarted my iPad, deleted & reinstalled the app and it’s still happening. I can’t watch if the app crashes. It’s very frustrating!

    Buggy, glitchy, several movies won’t play or begin to play and then immediately returns to Home screen. Extremely disappointed in its performance.
  • STILL needs work

    First - STOP throwing in your own ads prior to starting a show. It’s annoying and since you charge for your app - I shouldn’t have to watch it. Second - When watching a movie - it’s next to impossible to get of it - the arrow to leave the movie is sooo small. Also- there should be an option to start the movie over or resume. Third - auto play is great - but your auto play is random and usually none of the movies I would watch starts playing. Fourth - why is the Watchlist option more visible? Hallmark is great but has never been able to get this app right. For a large company you would think the app would be top-notch, but it isn’t.
  • Issues with fast forward, pause, rewind

    Significant issues with trying to fast forward, rewind, or sometimes pausing where it loses your spot. Happens frequently and is super frustrating. Will not be renewing due to this.
  • Worst app

    This app is really the worst app. It’s taking all the fun out of even having a subscription. You can’t rewind or fast forward through a show easily. If you do it too much, it restarts. So trying to fast forward to where you left off is the worst. I sometimes can’t even finish a movie because if you fast forward too much, it just goes straight to the end. Maybe this app works better with a different system but it’s terrible on the Apple TV. Literally considering canceling my subscription. Just terrible.

    I have had this app for years and love that I can watch all the great Hallmark shows commercial free. Recently,however, the app has been having a lot of issues. It fails all the time. I have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas with no luck. The app needs work. For something people pay good money for, it is becoming not worth it.
  • Lots of issues, needs updating

    Very unpolished, buggy app that any self-respecting vendor would update or replace. Would not work, finish loading on several TVs. On those that worked, often won’t login after while and only works again after reinstalling. Sometimes page gets cut off and can’t navigate. Customer service doesn’t respond at all to support requests. They do like to collect your money, though, and send you lots of spam mails.

    Please, we are begging you, fix this app. It is painfully slow, impossible to use, and never works properly. You cannot fast forward or rewind without freezes, and when it freezes it starts the entire movie over again. It often closes on its own and force quits. And yes, I have made sure it was updated, and yes I have it on several devices. It’s the same experience across them all, which makes it an app issue, not user. It’s 2025, there is NO reason to have a bad app. Especially when we have to pay monthly to use it.
