  • App Needs improvement

    Very glitchy. Often loses track of where you are in a show. Hard sometimes to move through the show to find your place again. I do like the organization of categories though.
  • Worse App than Paramount+

    I NEVER write App Store reviews but everyone wanting to download this app should know that it is worse than Paramount+ and not a single person at that company exists to help you fix it. I’d be surprised if they even have an IT department to speak of. The app is constantly giving me “outside the us” errors despite literally living in the same state as the company. I have reached out via DM and email numerous times to their customer service with zero reply. When the app decides you’re worthy of working for, the continue watching list is all messed up. They force shows and movies onto that list that you have never even shown a desire to watch. I HIGHLY recommend going with a better app and a better service because Hallmark+ will just leave you angry, sad, and disappointed at how often their app doesn’t actually function. Do not waste your money paying them for a subscription.

    This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I have had an iPhone since 2007 and have downloaded thousands of apps. This is by far the worst one. You have to sign in everytime you use it. It doesn’t know you have a subscription when you actually pay. And it is the SLOWEST app ever! I get a subscription every year and each year it seems to get worse. I find myself so angry every year. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
  • Love it except…

    I do love this app generally. Great movies. Hallmark at its best. My problem is that I have to re-login almost every single time I use the app. That didn’t used to be the case. It is so annoying.
  • Needs a lot of bug fixes

    This app crashes and freezes more than any other. I just updated it and thought that would help but nope. You can’t watch a single show without it crashing the app completely or just freezing. Why am I paying for something that doesn’t work? Very disappointing!
  • This App Has Gotten Worse

    The Hallmark app needs to be scrapped so they can start over. These are the major issues that only get worse with update “fixes”. Most annoying problems: app freezes when a movie ends; it won’t play the next episode; the arrows in the corner take many tries to close; you cannot forward/rewind with the progress bar at bottom; and there is no Picture in Picture like every other app. I’m sure there are more!

    Not a good app on Apple TV. I have to login often. Sometime ms it tells me I’m not in America. Also, the 19 second skip forward on the remote makes the movie jump back to the beginning.
  • Great Movies Terrible App

    This app can be so frustrating. I have to close it out and redownload it on my tv every time I watch a movie. Otherwise it will just buffer for hours once the movie is over or even if you back out of the movie in the middle of it. For $8 a month, I expect the app to work a little better.

    This app has been a challenge to use from the start. The app has issues loading shows on my hardwired TV (2 month old Smart TV), and on my iPhone. The buffering and not loading seems to be getting worse over time.
