  • Logs me out and then says my password is wrong

    This app is so cute and I absolutely love hallmark, but I’ve had to change my password so many times because it logs me out every single time I’m not on the app and then tells me my password isn’t correct!!!! I canceled the subscription
  • Would love it…if it worked consistently

    I love all the programs offered on here, but I get the “Error-Hallmark +is experiencing technical difficulties…” message A LOT. I’ve tried all their tips except for calling my internet provider. Since all my other apps work just fine and I have full signal I don’t think that’s the problem. Maybe they still have some bugs to work out, but it’s really frustrating to pay money for something every month that doesn’t work like it’s supposed to.
  • Deleting and canceling

    This has got to be THE worst streaming app there is. I have a subscription yet the app constantly asks me to subscribe when I sign in. Speaking of signing in, the app refuses to keep my sign in credentials. I expected much more from Hallmark but it seems these days they are all about something else. My subscription will be canceled and the app deleted.
  • Multiple freezes

    I thoroughly enjoy watching my Hallmark movies. I have the app installed on my Vizio tv and there isn’t a day that goes by when it freezes or shows its experiencing technical difficulties. I hope they fix it soon. I really shouldn’t have to exit out of the app and go back in.

  • Very Glitchy & Slow

    I love the content, but the app is so glitchy that it’s driven me to write my first review of an app! It is very slow to respond to any kind of action - adding or removing something from a watchlist, navigating and even to load content when it’s opened up. In addition to all that, it regularly freezes up and shuts down in the middle of watching something for no perceivable reason.

  • App way slow, glitchy and missing common features

    wow, just wow. family likes the content but hates the app for apple tv, which is not my fault but they think it is. cmon hallmark, please fix the painfully slow interface, the glitchy interaction where sometimes functionality works, sometimes just confusion and sits there, and the missing functionality that every other streaming platform offers like rewind, fforward, start from beginning… cant take hearing the complaints so please fix or we’ll have to cancel our subscription.
  • Fix Continue Watching

    Love that we are getting more movies and series to watch. But, wish I could edit my continue watching on my phone or iPad. I don’t have a desktop or laptop. So I have to borrow someone’s just to delete watch history. Plus, I hate how continue watching adds stuff I’m not watching. For example, I haven’t watched The Way Home yet and it keeps adding episode one of season three.
  • Freezing app

    This app isn’t very good. It takes a while for it to open up. It freezes a lot. It’s the worst app I’ve used so far. And it always makes you log back into it if you have to clear it out.
