    Noticed that a lot of the five star reviews are complaints. It looks like the Apple Store it’s putting five star ratings on complaints. It makes no sense also, The tech-support on this app is horrible, it’s a typical Silicon Valley style never speak to a human being tech-support. It’s all done with a question and answer section, and some ambiguous customer support reply. You can’t speak to anybody and you’re lucky if you ever get an answer back. I would highly recommend staying away from this app. The other scam is that once you pay the money which is not cheap, somewhere in the neighborhood of $360 for a six month subscription, you get What are called match unlocks. You pretty much get 15 of them and if somebody says they like you in order to see their messages you have to use one of 15 unlocks, the problem is that even if the likes that you get are scams or fake profiles, your match unlocks do not come back to you even if you report that the profile was fake. So I only get 15 matches for the $360? That’s an absolute scam and rip off on its own. So basically breaks down the $24 per match, then you must pay more in order to speak to someone who likes you. The communication is not unlimited. Again this is a complete rip off and scam. Stay away from this app. I would highly suggest staying away from this app. A major major rip off!

    Are you kidding me? I wasted my time answering all your questions, and in the end, I have to pay for something as simple as viewing other profile people’s photos? screw this !!!!!!

    Most of the matches get blocked by admin. I think they may have good intentions blocking them because of all the bots and scammers out there but I don’t recommend this app. They lock you in to a subscription making you think they are different from the other apps. They actually have less real people on there.

    I paid for premium. Thought it would unlock pictures and more possibilities. NOBODY seems to use this app whatsoever. Lots of bots and repeat scammer profiles. Was a complete waste of money. DO NOT PAY FOR IT. Scratch-off lottery tickets would be a better investment - at least there’s a slim chance of winning some money back when you invest over $100. Would’ve been happy to write a good review if it hadn’t completely sucked my hope away from the prospect of finding someone special. Never have I felt so compelled to leave a toxic review of an app before - and I’ve used multiple dating apps.

    NO ONE 50+ has pictures. Everyone is WAY too far away. The ones you do contact do not return your messages. And they will not let you adjust your profile if you feel its misguiding. EHarmony is NOT worth it.

    You can’t even message the person that you matched with…without paying at least $275.40 for the 6 months plan and there’s no 1 month plan! You there’s ways for breaking the payment but they don’t tell you! I have to do research from the internet!

    This App is horrible. Please don’t give them your money. They aren’t really here to help you find love. You can’t look at photos of any one, you can’t communicate with any one, even people you match with, without a ghastly expensive premium account. They won’t even let you try it for a month. The cheapest membership is for 6 months at a whopping $359 and from what I can tell it’s not easy to cancel. It’s absolutely absurd what they are getting away with. Please read all the negative reviews on consumer affairs reports and give them another nasty review. This scam operation needs to be shut down.

    I have changed my preference settings one to many time because it said if I changed them it would show more people. Yes I bought the 12 month package. Have only had one match over the course of about 3 and a half months. I change my settings and still can see absolutely no other profiles no matter how much I try. I even did research on YouTube and did it to how the examples on YouTube showed me. And still nothing. None of it makes any sense. Waste of $94.00. I honestly just don’t get it. Help anyone?? Cause if not I’m deleting the app. Like seriously??

    If you think subscribing will give you a bunch of benefits, you’re wrong. I subscribed for the yearly plan because I thought this app was all about true connection. I was excited to hopefully find “the one”! While it might be good for plenty of subscribers, there lies the issue - no one subscribes. The majority of the “people” who do, are not really people, they are bots/scammers. Save your time, and money, with a different service that doesn’t limit the amount of people you see, prioritizes your connection and communication with others first over hiding all of that functionality behind a paywall, and has no restrictions on the amount of people you can see on a daily basis (yes, they also don’t expose you to the entire pool of people, they funnel around 2-3 people per day - again - most of which are bots). I have inevitably deleted the app I paid for because it’s poor at finding you anything other than mental fatigue and feeling hopeless. PS. If you read customer support responses to bad reviews, you’ll notice a trend - that they don’t actually solve any problems - but instead dodge bullets: Fake/Scam profiles? “Oh just report them.” (I did and they keep showing up) Why is everything that matters in a connection hidden behind a paywall? “Because we value someone who is serious and intentional about dating.” (Okay, where is everyone at then?)
