  • Hate this new update. Modern is good but its too much

    The old version was nice and simple and straight to the point. This version you cant even see the deals because the words are cut off you have to physically tap and open it to see the deal then if you dont like it, go all the way back. Its too much. I like when you can go straight to the point.

    I’ve been ordering from the dominos app for years. This latest update is the worst. It totally changes where you find things and coupons no longer exist. Prices have skyrocketed and items can’t be found. The worst.

    Tracking on the new update is rough. Made an order over an hour ago and it keeps telling me driver is in my neighborhood, but then adds another ten minutes to estimated delivery. Don’t know where the driver is, because it still shows them at the store on the navigation map.

    App is very frustrating that you cannot pick your home store for delivery orders. I cannot even redeem my points because every time I order through the app it goes to a store that doesn’t deliver to my address and the order is cancelled. Over half the time they cancel they don’t even call me. Just lost a life long customer. Papa John’s here I come

  • Love the Pizza, but App not working.

    Love ordering from app. Calling takes forever & sounds like an AI assistant taking order. Only place near us that has good pizza … have tried using it the last 2 weeks and an error keeps popping up. It’s a pain!

    I ordered my pizzas to use gift card, but it kept saying there's a technical issue that blocks me from paying. Don't use this app if you are going to use gift card. I also tried it in firefox website, and didn't work (i tried it as a guest account too) just go to store.
