    I downloaded and signed it to the app and it just kinda set itself up. There’s lots of radio buttons to move on or off but I didn’t find it extremely helpful with what it is actually doing. Not sure how to review something that I am not sure about. So maybe that’s actually a review. In any case not something I would want on my device.

    Most recent reviews are more one star than not, and I have to give the same rating. I downloaded them deleted then downloaded the app again, and it won’t even let me make an account. When a touch the password box the keyboard comes up and covers it up. Hence, no account.

    Based on these reviews and what I’ve seen online, I am not alone with disappointment. I’ve used lookout since 2009 when the company just getting off the ground. Since the very beginning, I felt confident recommending the product to any and everyone. Since, the company made improvements on their mobile security products, I started paying for the premium subscription back in 2023 - because of the premium features that were introduced. Well since Lookout INC sold the company to F-Secure in 2023, there have been nothing but problems. Last year my premium subscription was changed to the basic tier although I was still paying for the premium at the same price. I’ve already tried reaching out to customer support, which was no help. They do not read any of the information in the support tickets nor look at the screenshots that they ask for - model of phone, where it was purchased, active subscription showing the history etc. Last year, the support team finally fixed my subscription and gave me the premium subscription that I was already paying for. Their “suggestion” to me was that after last year “I would need to cancel my subscription and re-enroll because of a glitch.” This year, I really tried to give it another chance - my premium subscription renewed and the account still showed basic. So after reaching out to customer support again, letting them know what the issue were and I provided the screenshots before hand letting them know that my premium subscription was active. They eventually responded after I sent several emails - to only ask for screenshots showing that I paid. It’s would’ve been amazing if they would have just looked at the thread that they responded to - and they would have seen the screenshots. I unsubscribed and then when I resubscribed under the same price for the premium tier, my account still shows the basic tier. I’m not asking for something for free, I just want what I paid for just like anyone would. I won’t even ask for customer support anymore - no one should ever have to work this hard at communicating with someone especially considering they don’t ready any of the information or look at anything that is submitted. I won’t be back, I’m highly disappointed and No, I do not want to reach customer support because we know how that’ll go. Just please get it together. If you’re going to raise the price, fine. Just don’t tell (or let) people pay for a service that they don’t get. I prefer to not leave bad reviews, usually In a bad experience, I typically prefer to not leave one at all. Between the issue with customer support and its lack of misguided communication, I filled out the survery and I’m leaving a review. Since I will never come back as a customer, please get things in order so that the same thing doesn’t happen to those that are still willing to support you as lookout aka F-Secure.

    I paid for a year and got all the protections then they changed half of them to premium and I have to upgrade to get what I had. Not happy!
