  • Doesn’t work all that well

MacOS version doesn’t scan, site down, the web version can’t identify any devices, all of them show up “unknown”. Not really worth investing any more time exploring .
  • Useless

Tested this out at my own home where we have multiple Ring and ADT cameras set up, and it read “no cameras detected.” Multiple “generic devices” were found (more than the number of cameras we have). So can say with certainty, this doesn’t work. Complete waste of money!
  • You lost me when I read Facebook was involved

Where the management brought in bulk internet. Not ok with it at all! Now for many reasons I need to do what I can until I move. Soon as I read that Facebook is involved…& with people’s collection of data & privacy, it’s a uninstall for me. Too bad. Good luck.

Their "privacy policy" starts out like every other "privacy policy": "we respect and value your privacy blah blah blah..." then their policy indicates they process usage habits, financial data etc. etc.." what a croc.

Didn’t find the one camera I know was in the house. Paid for a faulty product. Big yikes.

I understand limiting the free versions, but only one scan per day? Come on…

Just spent countless time entering name and device type for 34 devices and now they are all generic. Completely useless. Deleting app.

The app used to be great to scan the network for a list of devices. Now whenever you open the app, you’re met with multiple full screen ads to sign up for a subscription to use the features that used to be free. Additionally, they’ve started adding cooldowns for network scans, unless you pay $7.99 a month currently.
