As if charging a subscription on top of paying for the actual fingbox device wasn’t bad enough, they are now hiding behind a paywall basic features that used to be free like, notifications anytime a new device joins the network. I am currently looking for fingbox alternatives. This is a rip off.
  • Se confunde .

Se confunde mucho , o sea liga los nombres de los dispositivos confirmados , dice reseñas como los sistemas operativos que no corresponden a los dispositivos , repite nombres , un caos total , hay revisarla .
  • Premium App support has been pretty disappointing

I’ve been going back and forth for weeks with Premium App Support, each time being asked questions that tell me they do not understand the problem, or haven’t really read my emails very well. Don’t count on them to be savvy or responsive. Huge disappointment, probably lost all kinds of data I poured hours into setting up. They don’t seem to understand or know how to fix or respond to their own program’s error messages.
  • Google ripoff

I payed ~$100 for the original fingbox which did NOT have a subscription model. Google bought the company which required me to purchase version 2 of the same box with essentially the exact same capabilities. Yesterday I was unable to block an unknown on my network because “blocking” is now a premium feature which requires a subscription. Looking for alternatives now.

I’ve had this for long time and when it first came out it was actually a good and useful product. However, this company has become so greedy that every useful part of it is now behind a paywall. I’m going to cancel my account, delete this app, disconnect the equipment and throw it in the trash where it belongs.

Refuses to load after last two updates, developer website FORCES you to accept cookies and on top of that will not load in browser, no email listed for developer so unable to contact. Not thrilled with product actions. Will not work with older phones DESPITE developer saying so.
  • I had the new devices blocking active

I had the new devices blocking active before this update and now I can’t unblock devices because they want us to pay for this function.

JFC… it’s a network scanner. I like it. I paid for the full version previously but dropped down to standard version as I didn’t see the value. My biggest gripe is adding all the meta data about the devices (names/device types) which disappear the moment I try to use it again. So I’m left with lots of “generic” and random IPs. That’s not helpful.
