  • An Error Occured

Constantly trying to open an article and get an orange message at the top saying “An Error Occurred” “Please Try Again.” It’s frustrating. Love the content but the app is still too glitchy

The App routinely connects to stories that bear no resemblance to the link, and since there is no easy way to search for these stories the “reader” misses out. Barron’s shoulder have an intern fix these annoying link issues.

It’s a good amp, but has two major problems. Frequently logs out and doesn’t open automatically from the email link. Barron sends out newsletters with links to articles when I click on them instead of opening the app it opens in the browser and again ask you to login. This is no good. It should open the app directly and go to the article that I’m interested in to make the user experience better. so this is my request to the developer please do so thank you
  • The autodownload never works

Extremely frustrating that despite the issue auto-download set two „3“ and background app refresh enabled across multiple devices, the Barron’s app actually never downloads the full magazine. I need to tap on every single article first to be able to read it offline or download the e-edition which is cumbersome to go through. Have reached out to support but only get standard answers like „make sure to download the latest version of the app in the app store and/or reboot your device…“ 🙄

You can download the latest magazine but you won’t be able to read them offline. It never works for me.
  • Over charged me for subscription

I was offered a subscription for $2 for a year and then I was charged $19 without any notification by email. The content is not worth $20/month. Their customer service is also bad.
  • Mismatch on article links

Literally everyday this news app provides links to articles that go to the wrong article and you are not able to read the news they provide. It’s not a bug rather it’s just sloppy. They charge like $40 a month and have not fixed the links for a year or longer — it’s a 1 star news experience
