    So I’ve had instagram for awhile now, and I’ve been constantly behind in getting the new stuff. When notes came out I didn’t have access for months, and now I can’t access the record player when I select music either, and I don’t know how to fix it.

    New update; my account has managed to do even worse. Instagram is all abt reels now, all you care abt is competition bc of tik tok. Be your OWN app!!! For crying out loud!! Not all of use want to make reels! Some of us just wanted to share photos! If I wanted to make silly videos I’d use tik tok! Sorry to say it! On top of that, you can say goodbye to getting followers, it’s literally impossible to get now, unless you’re some hot chic showing skin or humiliating yourself. And don’t even get my started on hashtags… they ARE POINTLESS NOW! What’s the point of having hashtags if you can’t see recent post on the hashtag? Only things you see are the post with thousands of likes on it. It’s literally impossible to get anywhere on this app now. My review won’t make a difference but I’m making it known how displeased I am. Old update; Rarely did I ever have a problem with instagrams algorithm but this update, this awful update, my algorithm is horrible. 5k followers, use to get 300-600 likes, now I’m barely reaching 100. You guys just can’t leave it alone. If it’s not broken DONT FIX IT! Not only are my own post doing horrible but I rarely see the people I follow in my feed, only big accounts I follow are who I see. That’s not right. Absolutely garbage.

    I feel like I’m trying to watch a show of what should be my followings posts but I’m constantly being bombarded by ads. No matter how many times I’ve “snoozed” them or reported them as “Not Interested” I encounter at least 3 adds per actual real post.

  • Account was suspended for no reason

    I wasn’t looking at a post when I was logged out and a note popped up saying I had been banned… that I needed to submit my number for a code. Well everytime I tried, I never received a code so I got completely locked out. I received an email saying action was needed because my account had been suspended (even though I didn’t do anything) yet when I try to take action I don’t received a code… I just want my account back. I’ve seen they do this to lots of accounts for no reason. And I can’t submit an appeal because I can’t get into my account. And there is no way to contact anyone.

    I’ve seen that many of my friends have that new update where you can comment on stories. But I don’t have that feature, I’ve tried many things to get it. Like, deleting the app and downloading it again, updating instagram. My other account has the update but for some reason my main account doesn’t. I feel left out, I want to comment on my friends stories of course but I can’t. Instagram pls fix this!!
