    Customer support wouldn’t help on refunds, even though I went to them to cancel my subscriptions 12 months ago also the answers are almost never right. You might as well have ChatGPT or deepseek to assist you

    Blocked me for taking screenshots AND for using on my OWN ipad and phone. There is no way to register my two devices. That is basically my flashcards as this app does not even provide digital flashcards. Waste of time and money. I paid and now can’t even use the account. Robbing people on purpose. Can’t wait to report to Elon Musk and Trump, maybe there is more going on here…

    Used to be a decent app in which smart people help you solve problems. Now it’s just AI slop that doesn’t even get the answer correct half the time or it deems your question a violation and won’t respond or give you the option to ask them to reconsider. Asking Anatomy and Physiology questions shouldn’t be a violation on an app that’s supposed to help you study. Paying 20 bucks a month should give you more than AI slop and a limited number of times you can ask an “expert” who half the time doesn’t even solve the problem correctly

    I've had this app before back in 2020 and let me tell you it didn't have this many glitches like it does now. First of all it asks me to sign in every 3-5 min. Every time I try to sign in from my computer which is the website it keeps saying wrong password and email has been sent to inbox when there is really nothing wrong with my account it's just the app glitching again. You would think that because you are paying for the app the service they provide will be better than any regular app but no, nothing like that. And just to top it off with this new update it doesn't read the question if you submit it as photo only as a question and is just not as accurate! Please bring back the app to the way it was a few years ago, these glitches are just extremely annoying specially when you are trying to study.

    The constant signing you out on multiple devices because you have a cell phone and an iPad is the most annoying thing ever. You HAVE to have two step verification and it just signs you out randomly. So annoying

    Needed a simple algebra problem solved and the app couldn’t solve it or it would give me a different problem with a different answer as a suggestion , they make you pay before you can try

    There are no experts here, the app does not work the same way as the site. All you’ll find here is algorithmically generated slop. While the A.I can get the job done for some questions, it’ll feel like pulling teeth trying to pry something useful out of it if you’re asking anything for more advanced, college level, courses.
