Description

If you are looking for an app to track deliveries on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch - Parcel is the best choice for you. With this application you can promptly access tracking information for 300 delivery services, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, LaserShip, Aramex, OnTrac, China Post, Amazon Logistics and many other carriers. Full list of supported carriers is available at: https://parcel.app With our unique carrier recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, you can use a barcode scanner which is available right in the app. Amazon integration in Parcel allows you to get your packages added automatically from your Amazon account. Once an order is shipped, it will appear in Parcel. This is done in a secure and privacy-friendly way with your credentials never leaving the device. You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access (web.parcelapp.net) - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store. Parcel utilizes the power of iOS to provide you the best possible user experience. You can use its widgets to see your upcoming deliveries and the share extension to add a new delivery directly from any other app. Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings). Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. Current price for the premium subscription is $4.99 per year, and may vary from country to country. Parcel's privacy policy, as well as subscription terms are available at https://parcel.app/privacy-with-terms.html.

  • Too slow to show updates

This application doesn’t have much usefulness because it is extremely slow to show the actual updates on the package tracking. Tracking updates are sometimes almost half a day, or even longer, late. This equally applies to a paid version.
  • App is worth the money!

I have used several delivery tracking apps over the years, I think Parcel is the best I’ve used. There were a couple years I used the unpaid version when I worked at home and didn’t really need to use it on my phone. This past year I really needed it on 2 devices and the paid versions lets you do that to synch and keep current. Easy to use and integrating with amazon is OK. Keep up the good work!
  • So far, so good.

Was on the search for a better parcel tracker since the other app I have been using for years just slowly stopped working. This app is great does everything I need except for 1 thing. It would be nice to have an archive section. I would love to archive my delivered packages instead of either deleting it or changing views.
  • Almost perfect!

Only thing that this app needs is an archive feature then it would be 5 stars! Thank you!
  • Great design, simple to use, worth it

This app works pretty well, is well-designed, and appropriately pushes notifications. My only small gripe is periodic Amazon authentication, but I understand that’s something out of the control of the developer. Still, great work!
  • Excellent app and watch friendly

This is so far the only package tracking app that is Apple Watch friendly and actually works well. The fact that it not only works well but tracks across multiple carriers (and even has direct integration with my Amazon account to add those shipments automatically without me having to copy/paste tracking numbers).
  • Very Good app - one request

Really helps me to be proactive with my customers if there is a shipping delay. One Request - there is currently a limit to the number of USPS tracking you can create in any month (50?). Not sure if this is a USPS restriction or an app restriction but it would be helpful if this could be lifted.
  • Could be better

My previous favorite package tracking app no longer functions so I’ve been searching for a replacement. This app seems to be the de facto tracker app now and it’s decent, but there’s two minor improvements it could use to improve usability for me. 1. Color-code each package by courier so you can easily see if your package is out for delivery by FedEx or UPS or whomever without diving into package details. 2. On the main screen, show the last known physical location of the package.

I have used another app for about 13 years and it was recently discontinued. Thankfully, I found this one. I actually like it better partially because it covers so many different shippers. There are numerous reasons to support this app, but I’ll just say that it works. Spectacularly. Highly recommended.
  • Worth the fee

I used the deliveries app prior to parcel because I wanted to avoid a recurring fee. Then the deliveries dev crashed out and stopped updating the app to work with major companies so I test parcel and that was a few years ago now. I’ve never had a single error fetching updates, parcel is updated regularly and I don’t think there’s one tracking number this app can’t identify. I have just ONE issue with parcel and it’s that they don’t have a windows app. Windows has nothing but garbage for that specific task and parcel could really dominate that market if they wanted to.
